My Brethren, I wish that ye may be in health and prosper, even as your soul Prospers (3 Jn 1:2)

The Atkins Nutritional Approach or the Atkins Diet is bent on controlling insulin levels by the kinds of foods that our bodies take in. The rapid rise followed by the rapid fall of insulin levels in our body is the result of taking too much refined carbohydrates. A rising insulin level will send a message to our bodies to store as much energy as possible from the foods that we take in. Stored fat used as a source of energy will not happen with rising insulin levels The followers of the Atkins diet usually take in more protein in their diet.

is different and includes all 43 Essential Nutrients. The aim of the Zone Diet is a nutrition balance of 40% carbohydrates, 30% fats and 30% protein every time we take our meals. When insulin levels are controlled, it results in more successful weight loss and body weight control. This type of diet encourages the consumption or good quality carbohydrates, unrefined carbohydrates, and fats.

Glutinous grains cause inflammation. Inflammation promotes cancer progression. This means avoiding high-gluten grains such as wheat, spelt or rye, including the whole grains. Pastas, cereals, bread, muffins, cakes, crackers, cookies and other baked goods are excluded from an alkaline, cancer-suppression diet. Cancer patients should enjoy whole, non-gluten grains such as rice, buckwheat, quinoa, millet and amaranth. However, using "gluten free" prepared products is a mistake, as most of them have added sugar or processed oils and will therefore fall outside of the alkaline diet parameters for cancer. Cow dairy has been identified in a very large study compiled by Prof. (Emeritus) T. Colin Campbell, PhD, Cornell University as one of the most cancer promoting foods.[viii] Strangely enough, it is the protein that is the culprit – casein protein. High protein yogurts made with added powdered milk or whey are even more cancer promoting than plain milk, yogurt or cheese. However, all dairy products should be eliminated from the diet when you are fighting cancer.

Here's Some things I learned about Alkaline Water Machine

Dairy products create inflammation, cause bone deterioration (yes it is true, because of the high acid production during digestion of dairy) and promote cancer progression in a similar fashion to sugar. Use only natural, cold-pressed olive oil, coconut oil or avocado oil – organic where possible. These oils are naturally anti-inflammatory, thus provide a soothing and healing benefit to inflamed and potentially cancerous cells in the body. Coconut oil in particular has also been shown to have a mild antibacterial/antifungal effect, helpful for cancer patients with a lowered immune function, as well as direct anti-cancer properties. Oils that should be eliminated from a cancer-suppression diet include corn, soy, canola, safflower or sunflower oils. Not only are the commercial versions of these oils produced from genetically modified plants – believed to increase cancer risk - most of them are highly processed. Processed oils, including hydrogenated (hard) oils and margarines, have been prepared at high heat to improve shelf life. This changes the oil molecules so that instead of acting as a natural conductor for all the electrical messaging in your body, these molecules create "dead spots" in your cells because they cannot conduct electricity. This interferes with healthy cell function and can promote cancer progression. Essentially cancer cells are cells that no longer respond to intracellular messaging and proliferate without purpose, impacting other cells.

Many people from across the globe are seeing the need to change their lifestyle and go into trying out healthy diet to uplift the heath and condition of their body. The problem that the world is facing today is that there are so many fast foods that are present, which is a cause for alarm because these establishments are the source of problems such as diabetes, obesity and many other health problems. The way the foods are cooked in the fast food chains are through frying, and that is why those that are frequenting the fast food chains will certainly have that high cholesterol as well as develop heart diseases in the future as well.

Here's Some information I learned about Yevo

now offers an alternative to unhealthy food practices that are common in fast food chains, in fact healthy and natural foods are now widely sold in markets at affordable rates. When you try to read up on the Latest Nutrition News, you will certainly see that the foods that are being sold in these markets are so healthy and even fulfilling because of the deliciousness that it has. If you really want to be healthy, then you can try out getting some preserves of organic fruits as well as trying the apple chips which will ensure that you will be able to see and reap the benefits of eating healthy treats.

High consumption of red meat can lead to various diseases and also cuts are also proven to have high saturated fats. Too much intake of red meat is bad for your health. Also fresh fish contains high levels of essential fatty acids and also it can protect people from many diseases like heart diseases. You should combine fish and white meats especially sardines, herrings, mackerel and salmon in your diet so as to keep healthy. after i provided more than a few days of yevo foods with the 43 essential nutrients - i got relief from my sleeplessness and often had side effects that were worse than being tired. I would often survive on 2-3 hours of sleep per night for many nights in a row. You should prefer whole healthy food than processed food. Processed food are full of preservative, sugar salt and others and also artificial additives. The processed food do not have enough minerals and vitamins than what are present in whole food.

Most folks know what a 'sugar-boost' is, and are far too familiar with the 'sugar-crash' afterward. In todays world, many of us live in an environment of deadlines and fulfillment of commitments. We live in a world of 'drive there', 'do this', 'do that', 'make sure this get's done before Friday'. Deadlines and commitments. More Deadlines and Commitments. Don't forget to pick up this and drop off that. We EXIST today in an environment of Chronic Stress resulting in chronic elevation of our Cortisol to UNHEALTHY levels.

Chapter 16

1

Then came he to Derbe and Lystra: and, behold, a certain disciple was there, named Timotheus, the son of a certain woman, which was a Jewess, and believed; but his father was a Greek:

2

Which was well reported of by the brethren that were at Lystra and Iconium.

3

Him would Paul have to go forth with him; and took and circumcised him because of the Jews which were in those quarters: for they knew all that his father was a Greek.

4

And as they went through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, that were ordained of the apostles and elders which were at Jerusalem.

5

And so were the churches established in the faith, and increased in number daily.

6

Now when they had gone throughout Phrygia and the region of Galatia, and were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the word in Asia,

7

After they were come to Mysia, they assayed to go into Bithynia: but the Spirit suffered them not.

8

And they passing by Mysia came down to Troas.

9

And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us.

10

And after he had seen the vision, immediately we endeavoured to go into Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had called us for to preach the gospel unto them.

11

Therefore loosing from Troas, we came with a straight course to Samothracia, and the next day to Neapolis;

12

And from thence to Philippi, which is the chief city of that part of Macedonia, and a colony: and we were in that city abiding certain days.

13

And on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made; and we sat down, and spake unto the women which resorted thither.

14

And a certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple, of the city of Thyatira, which worshipped God, heard us: whose heart the Lord opened, that she attended unto the things which were spoken of Paul.

15

And when she was baptized, and her household, she besought us, saying, If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide there. And she constrained us.

16

And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying:

17

The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation.

18

And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour.

19

And when her masters saw that the hope of their gains was gone, they caught Paul and Silas, and drew them into the marketplace unto the rulers,

20

And brought them to the magistrates, saying, These men, being Jews, do exceedingly trouble our city,

21

And teach customs, which are not lawful for us to receive, neither to observe, being Romans.

22

And the multitude rose up together against them: and the magistrates rent off their clothes, and commanded to beat them.

23

And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely:

24

Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks.

25

And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.

26

And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed.

27

And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled.

28

But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here.

29

Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas,

30

And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?

31

And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

32

And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house.

33

And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway.

34

And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house.

35

And when it was day, the magistrates sent the serjeants, saying, Let those men go.

36

And the keeper of the prison told this saying to Paul, The magistrates have sent to let you go: now therefore depart, and go in peace.

37

But Paul said unto them, They have beaten us openly uncondemned, being Romans, and have cast us into prison; and now do they thrust us out privily? nay verily; but let them come themselves and fetch us out.

38

And the serjeants told these words unto the magistrates: and they feared, when they heard that they were Romans.

39

And they came and 1besought them, and brought them out, and desired them to depart out of the city.
1 Deut 5:25, 1st Kings 17:18, Matt 8:34, Luke 5:8

40

And they went out of the prison, and entered into the house of Lydia: and when they had seen the brethren, they comforted them, and departed.
