I had 3 concussions consecutively years ago. It was a very difficult year and hard to Laminine get my memory back. The second concussion I hit my head forward and it was very close to the first concussion so I lost a lot of short-term memory ability. I was working at Disney World and I was waiting on customers ordering food. By the time they ordered and I went to punch it in the computer I had forgot what they ordered. I have what I call brain fogs or brain clouds. Before the concussions I was very smart and was pretty board in school. After I had to really study and had problems remembering things especially when I was stressed. I made it through nursing school but not without feeling disappointed in myself and frustration with my memory. I have been on antidepressants for years, I take a sleeping pill because my brain doesn't turn off. It have always had a weight problem and currently I am probably 50 pounds heavier then I want to be. I don't eat bad but being a nurse and working 12 hours it is hard to eat at all. It has only been a week and I have been sick, however, after taking the pills I feel good. My mind now feels clear. I have been going around and singing. I have been sleeping better.

How does an ionizer work? A water ionizer is a small kitchen appliance that separates tap water into two separate streams - one alkaline and one acidic - through a process called electrolysis. Ionizers can either be installed on the counter next to the kitchen sink or under the counter with only a special faucet visible above the counter. Ionization breaks the bond between the oxygen and hydrogen atoms of a water molecule [H2O] and produces alkaline water full of hydroxyl ions [OH-] and and acid water full of hydrogen ions [H+]. What are pH and ORP? The pH scale measures how acidic or alkaline a substance is. It ranges from 0 to 14. A pH of 7 is neutral, a pH less than 7 is acidic, and a pH greater than 7 is

(or basic). ORP, or oxidation reduction potential, measures a substance's ability to oxidize or reduce molecules around it, or in other words, it's potential to steal or donate electrons. pH and ORP are key concepts to understand ionization and the important health benefits of alkaline ionized water. Water, the chemistry of life. Water is essential for life. No living being on planet Earth can survive without it. In fact, about 70 to 90 percent of all organic matter is composed of water. Water not only provides the medium to make life sustaining chemical reactions possible, but water itself is often an important reactant or product of these reactions. In short, the chemistry of life is water chemistry. This section provides some basic concepts that help to understand the chemistry of water and the science behind water ionization at the molecular level.

Many people from across the globe are seeing the need to change their lifestyle and go into trying out healthy diet to uplift the heath and condition of their body. The problem that the world is facing today is that there are so many fast foods that are present, which is a cause for alarm because these establishments are the source of problems such as diabetes, obesity and many other health problems. The way the foods are cooked in the fast food chains are through frying, and that is why those that are frequenting the fast food chains will certainly have that high cholesterol as well as develop heart diseases in the future as well.

now offers an alternative to unhealthy food practices that are common in fast food chains, in fact healthy and natural foods are now widely sold in markets at affordable rates. When you try to read up on the Latest Nutrition News, you will certainly see that the foods that are being sold in these markets are so healthy and even fulfilling because of the deliciousness that it has. If you really want to be healthy, then you can try out getting some preserves of organic fruits as well as trying the apple chips which will ensure that you will be able to see and reap the benefits of eating healthy treats.

Back in 60s and 70s, many prominent scientists believed that saturated fat was the main cause of heart disease, by raising the "bad" cholesterol in the blood. This idea was the cornerstone of the low-fat diet. Because of a few bad studies and misguided political decisions, this diet was recommended to all Americans in the year 1977. However, there wasn't a single study on this diet at the time. The American public became participants in the largest uncontrolled experiment in history. This experiment didn't turn out very well and we are still suffering the consequences..

Here's Some information I learned about Yevo

The "war on saturated fat" has been a miserable failure. It was initially based on flawed studies, but somehow became public policy (with disastrous consequences). The worst part is... the governments and health organizations have yet to change their position despite overwhelming evidence that they've been wrong all along. Actually, saturated fat doesn't really raise LDL that much. The effect is weak and inconsistent and appears to depend on the individual . When saturated fat does affect LDL, it changes the particles from small, dense (very, very bad) to Large LDL, which is mostly benign . Saturated fat also raises HDL cholesterol, which is associated with a reduced risk of heart disease . If anything, saturated fats actually improve the lipid profile, NOT the other way around. In the past few years, many massive studies have examined the link between saturated fat and heart disease risk.

Most folks know what a 'sugar-boost' is, and are far too familiar with the 'sugar-crash' afterward. In todays world, many of us live in an environment of deadlines and fulfillment of commitments. We live in a world of 'drive there', 'do this', 'do that', 'make sure this get's done before Friday'. Deadlines and commitments. More Deadlines and Commitments.

Chapter 15

1

And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.

2

When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question.

3

And being brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenice and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy unto all the brethren.

4

And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received of the church, and of the apostles and elders, and they declared all things that God had done with them.

5

But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.

6

And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter.

7

And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.

8

And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;

9

And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

10

Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?

11

But we believe that through the grace of the LORD Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

12

Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what miracles and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them.

13

And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me:

14

Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.

15

And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written,

16

After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up:
Amos 9:11

17

1That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my 2name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things.
1 Amos 9:12
2 Gen 4:26, 1st Kings 18:24, Psa 116:17, Joel 2:32, Zeph 3:9, John 1:12, 1st Cor 1:2

18

Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the aworld.

19

Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God:

20

But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.

21

For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.

22

Then pleased it the apostles and elders with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas and Silas, chief men among the brethren:

23

And they wrote letters by them after this manner; The apostles and elders and brethren send greeting unto the brethren which are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia.

24

Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:

25

It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,

26

Men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

27

We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who shall also tell you the same things by mouth.

28

For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;

29

That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

30

So when they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle:

31

Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.

32

And Judas and Silas, being prophets also themselves, exhorted the brethren with many words, and confirmed them.

33

And after they had tarried there a space, they were let go in peace from the brethren unto the apostles.

34

Notwithstanding it pleased Silas to abide there still.

35

Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.

36

And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the LORD, and see how they do.

37

And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark.

38

But Paul thought not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work.

39

And the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed asunder one from the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed unto Cyprus;

40

And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God.

41

And he went through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the churches.
