My Brethren, I wish that ye may be in health and prosper, even as your soul Prospers (3 Jn 1:2)

World Prayer Bible Bible with Health Information Bible with Healing Information

Fruits and vegetables are the foundation of a healthy diet. They are low in calories and nutrient dense, which means they are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. Unfortunately, most people are falling short of the recommended daily minimum of five servings of fruit and vegetables. In fact, most of us need to double the amount we currently eat.

Facts I learned about yevo

Try to eat a rainbow of fruits and vegetables every day and with every meal—the brighter the better. Colorful, deeply colored fruits and vegetables contain higher concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants—and different colors provide different benefits, so eat a variety. Aim for a minimum of five portions each day. Try adding berries to breakfast cereals, eating fruit as a healthy dessert, and snacking on vegetables such as carrots, snow peas, or cherry tomatoes instead of processed snack foods.

High consumption of red meat can lead to various diseases and also cuts are also proven to have high saturated fats. Too much intake of red meat is bad for your health. Also fresh fish contains high levels of essential fatty acids and also it can protect people from many diseases like heart diseases. You should combine fish and white meats especially sardines, herrings, mackerel and salmon in your diet so as to keep healthy. after i provided more than a few days of - i got relief from my sleeplessness and often had side effects that were worse than being tired. I would often survive on 2-3 hours of sleep per night for many nights in a row. You should prefer whole healthy food than processed food. Processed food are full of preservative, sugar salt and others and also artificial additives. The processed food do not have enough minerals and vitamins than what are present in whole food.

These are the life-giving foods our bodies really want, and utilize optimally. They provide us with nutrients, minerals, vitamins, protein, fat, and carbohydrate (calories) that allow us to thrive. With a whole food diet you can be your best. As I've progressed through my journey on a vegan and predominantly raw diet, I am realizing that this idea is the most important. A diet rich in whole foods is the ideal diet for every body. If you could only take away one of these guidelines, I would say take this one. I eat to be HEALTHY, and therefore happy.

Here's Some you need to know about yevo foods with the 43 essential nutrients

Not to lose weight, conform to a fad, or because I am depressed and need comfort. As Hippocrates wisely stated: "Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food." The reason we eat should be to keep us healthy - which makes us strong, beautiful, happy and confident. This doesn't mean you can't enjoy your food just because it's healthy, in fact, it makes it more enjoyable. Just look at some of the recipes on this blog and other whole foods blogs! I eat when I'm hungry, and stop when I'm satisfied. This means I eat whenever I want, and I eat however much I want. Since I am eating foods that my body loves, it's pretty hard to feel uncomfortably stuffed because my digestive system knows what to do with what I am feeding it. My smoothies regularly consist of at least 7 or more bananas. My dinners often include over 4 potatoes and 2 cups of rice. Keep it carbed! Keep it whole foods! I drink alkaline water throughout the day. Our bodies are 70% water, so we should replenish that water whenever we can, allowing it to wash out the toxins in our bodies and our cells hydrated. I filter my water with velaqua. That's about it! With these guidelines, my diet ends up being a diet of whole plant foods, a lot of them raw, and with a high-carb focus. Your diet will surely be different, maybe by a lot or just slightly; the important thing is that it works best for you.

Here's an article on WHY I drink Alkaline Water

Vegetables provide many vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber. Many today prefer their vegetables raw or lightly steamed rather than cooked to death. In years past, it has been the tradition to cook every bit of life out of the vegetables. This takes some of their benefits away, as vitamins are lost in the cooking process. If you like your vegetables steamed, you should also get some raw during the day, along with them for the full benefits of the fiber they contain. A blender diet plan that comes with your blender is great way to get fullest benefits of nutrients. Along with their other attributes, some vegetables such as beans can provide you with protein. This is important if you are eating a vegetarian diet. Your muscles need protein to build mass and strength. Whole foods such as beans are an important part of any type of diet. Most fruits are excellent sources for vitamin C along with other nutrients. They can provide a boost to the immune system with their antioxidant qualities. Fruits are easy to eat without processing. You just need to wash and slice them to eat them, some need to be peeled, while others don't have to be. Whole grains are such things as oats, wheat, brown rice and more. These break down in the body slower than simple carbohydrates such as sugar, white bread, white potatoes and many processed grain products. Whole grains are a great source of complex carbohydrates, which provide energy for the body. Complex carbohydrates do not raise the blood glucose level as quickly as simple carbohydrates, which is even beneficial to those trying to lose weight or maintain healthy glucose levels. New recommendations encourage consuming more fruits, vegetables and whole grains every day. This is easily accomplished by eating terrific-tasting, nutrient-rich whole food meals made from whole unprocessed foods.

Is Cortisol Bad? No! Cortisol has a beneficial effect on the body. Your body was designed to react to survival situations, stressful events, by dramatically increasing the levels of this hormone, what some doctors are now calling "The Death Hormone". Stemfit In previous centuries, this mechanism enabled people to "bulk-up" on foods that would sustain them during times when food is scarce; however, in modern times and industrialized nations, when food is rarely scarce, this previously adaptive mechanism causes excess weight gain. Particularly around the thighs and Mid-Section.

Our team of scientists lead by Dr. Alex Martin, a leading doctor in the study of nutritional supplements, at the Lifepharm institute of technology went to work to develop the perfect supplement. Buy Stemfit Active Using PESE as a base ingredient, we looked at the symptoms caused most by our diets and environment and then looked to "super charge" the PESE for modern day use. Skin and hair health, moods (depression), memory loss, fatigue and cardiovascular health are most affected by today's lifestyle. These individual symptoms and how Stemfit Active addresses them are covered on this Website.

Water ionizers have been used in Japan and other parts of Asia for over 40 years and are certified by the Korean and Japanese Ministries of Health as an approved medical device. Ionized water has helped millions of people fight disease, including arthritis, digestive problems, inflammatory conditions, skin disorders, weight problems, diabetes, cancer, acid reflux, gout, fatigue, allergies, and chronic pain. Alkaline water has many health benefits. Most importantly alkaline water: Restores the body's pH balance, Acts as a powerful antioxidant, Improves cellular hydration. Alkaline water restores the body's pH balance. Do you often feel tired or lethargic? Do you suffer from frequent colds, infections, illnesses, or joint pain? Do your nails, skin, and hair look and feel unhealthy? If so, then your body may be too acidic! What you eat, drink, put on your skin, the quality of the air you breathe, the exercise you do and even the thoughts you think can all contribute to make your body acidic. Most people are too acidic, and that drains their energy and causes illness and disease without them realising that's the cause. Alkaline water acts as a powerful

Here's Some information I learned about Alkaline Water Machine

antioxidant. Alkaline ionized water is a strong source of anti-oxidants since it contains an abundance of free electrons which can be donated to the body in order to neutralize free radicals. But what exactly is oxidation? Think of what happens to a slice of apple left out on the counter for a few hours: it turns brown due to exposure to unstable oxygen molecules in the air. Inside our bodies, our cells are also continuously subjected to oxidation due to the presence of oxygen free radicals, which are unstable molecules desperately seeking electrons for stability. Free radicals have been scientifically proven to cause cellular and DNA damage that contribute to aging and can lead to the onset of various diseases. Alkaline water super-hydrates the body. Water molecules come in clusters rather than single molecules. Tap water which is under pressure has very large clusters of 12-16 molecules. The ionization process breaks the electrical bonding of water molecules and restructures the water down to about 5-8 molecules per cluster. This smaller cluster size means that the water can be more easily absorbed into the cells, thereby providing superior hydration for the body and helping to dissolve and flush out acidic solid waste and toxins that have accumulated in the body.

I just wanted to let you know that I got great news the other day at my doctor. Before my blood pressure had gotten up as high as 130/90. The reading this time was 115/75 and the doctor was ecstatic. The only thing I've been doing differently over the last three weeks is taking your capsules. You know that as an attorney I am under constant stress and I was really worried that I would need to make major changes to my lifestyle. I don't know yet if the capsules are the reason for the change, but I'm certainly going to keep taking them.

Chapter 19

1

And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,

2

He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.

3

And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.

4

Then said Paul, John verily 1baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
1 Matt 3:6, John 1:25, John 3:23, Acts 1:5, Acts 10:37

5

When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

6

And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

7

And all the men were about twelve.

8

And he went into the synagogue, and spake boldly for the space of three months, disputing and persuading the things concerning the kingdom of God.

9

But when divers were hardened, and believed not, but spake evil of that way before the multitude, he departed from them, and separated the disciples, disputing daily in the school of one Tyrannus.

10

And this continued by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.

11

And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:

12

So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.

13

Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the LORD Jesus, saying, We adjure you by 1Jesus whom Paul preacheth.
1 Hos 8:2, Matt 7:21

14

And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.

15

And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?

16

And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.

17

And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.

18

And many that believed came, and confessed, and shewed their deeds.

19

Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver.

20

So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.

21

After these things were ended, Paul purposed in the spirit, when he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem, saying, After I have been there, I must also see Rome.

22

So he sent into Macedonia two of them that ministered unto him, Timotheus and Erastus; but he himself stayed in Asia for a season.

23

And the same time there arose no small stir about that way.

24

For a certain man named Demetrius, a silversmith, which made silver shrines for Diana, brought no small gain unto the craftsmen;

25

Whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and said, Sirs, ye know that by this craft we have our wealth.

26

Moreover ye see and hear, that not alone at Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul hath persuaded and turned away much people, saying that they be no gods, which are made with hands:

27

So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence should be destroyed, whom all Asia and the aworld worshippeth.

28

And when they heard these sayings, they were full of wrath, and cried out, saying, Great is Diana of the Ephesians.

29

And the whole city was filled with confusion: and having caught Gaius and Aristarchus, men of Macedonia, Paul's companions in travel, they rushed with one accord into the theatre.

30

And when Paul would have entered in unto the people, the disciples suffered him not.

31

And certain of the chief of Asia, which were his friends, sent unto him, desiring him that he would not adventure himself into the theatre.

32

Some therefore cried one thing, and some another: for the assembly was confused: and the more part knew not wherefore they were come together.

33

And they drew Alexander out of the multitude, the Jews putting him forward. And Alexander beckoned with the hand, and would have made his defence unto the people.

34

But when they knew that he was a Jew, all with one voice about the space of two hours cried out, Great is Diana of the Ephesians.

35

And when the townclerk had appeased the people, he said, Ye men of Ephesus, what man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image which fell down from Jupiter?

36

Seeing then that these things cannot be spoken against, ye ought to be quiet, and to do nothing rashly.

37

For ye have brought hither these men, which are neither robbers of churches, nor yet blasphemers of your goddess.

38

Wherefore if Demetrius, and the craftsmen which are with him, have a matter against any man, the law is open, and there are deputies: let them implead one another.

39

But if ye enquire any thing concerning other matters, it shall be determined in a lawful assembly.

40

For we are in danger to be called in question for this day's uproar, there being no cause whereby we may give an account of this concourse.

41

And when he had thus spoken, he dismissed the assembly.
