First, let me tell you that I was hesitant about trying it because I had been on anti-depressants for about 6 months due to my mother's death last year that affected me greatly. However, once I started taking the Stemfit Active, I felt almost immediately the same balance and sense of well being that I had originally experienced once I was on my other medication. A diet rich in whole foods is the ideal diet for every body. If you could only take away one of these guidelines, I would say take this one. I eat to be HEALTHY, and therefore happy.
