My Brethren, I wish that ye may be in health and prosper, even as your soul Prospers (3 Jn 1:2)

High consumption of red meat can lead to various diseases and also cuts are also proven to have high saturated fats. Too much intake of red meat is bad for your health. Also fresh fish contains high levels of essential fatty acids and also it can protect people from many diseases like heart diseases. You should combine fish and white meats especially sardines, herrings, mackerel and salmon in your diet so as to keep healthy. after i provided more than a few days of - i got relief from my sleeplessness and often had side effects that were worse than being tired. I would often survive on 2-3 hours of sleep per night for many nights in a row. You should prefer whole healthy food than processed food. Processed food are full of preservative, sugar salt and others and also artificial additives. The processed food do not have enough minerals and vitamins than what are present in whole food.

These are the life-giving foods our bodies really want, and utilize optimally. They provide us with nutrients, minerals, vitamins, protein, fat, and carbohydrate (calories) that allow us to thrive. With a whole food diet you can be your best. As I've progressed through my journey on a vegan and predominantly raw diet, I am realizing that this idea is the most important. A diet rich in whole foods is the ideal diet for every body. If you could only take away one of these guidelines, I would say take this one. I eat to be HEALTHY, and therefore happy.

Here's Some you need to know about yevo foods with the 43 essential nutrients

Not to lose weight, conform to a fad, or because I am depressed and need comfort. As Hippocrates wisely stated: "Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food." The reason we eat should be to keep us healthy - which makes us strong, beautiful, happy and confident. This doesn't mean you can't enjoy your food just because it's healthy, in fact, it makes it more enjoyable. Just look at some of the recipes on this blog and other whole foods blogs! I eat when I'm hungry, and stop when I'm satisfied. This means I eat whenever I want, and I eat however much I want. Since I am eating foods that my body loves, it's pretty hard to feel uncomfortably stuffed because my digestive system knows what to do with what I am feeding it. My smoothies regularly consist of at least 7 or more bananas. My dinners often include over 4 potatoes and 2 cups of rice. Keep it carbed! Keep it whole foods! I drink alkaline water throughout the day. Our bodies are 70% water, so we should replenish that water whenever we can, allowing it to wash out the toxins in our bodies and our cells hydrated. I filter my water with velaqua. That's about it! With these guidelines, my diet ends up being a diet of whole plant foods, a lot of them raw, and with a high-carb focus. Your diet will surely be different, maybe by a lot or just slightly; the important thing is that it works best for you.

Here's an article on WHY I drink Alkaline Water

Vegetables provide many vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber. Many today prefer their vegetables raw or lightly steamed rather than cooked to death. In years past, it has been the tradition to cook every bit of life out of the vegetables. This takes some of their benefits away, as vitamins are lost in the cooking process. If you like your vegetables steamed, you should also get some raw during the day, along with them for the full benefits of the fiber they contain. A blender diet plan that comes with your blender is great way to get fullest benefits of nutrients. Along with their other attributes, some vegetables such as beans can provide you with protein. This is important if you are eating a vegetarian diet. Your muscles need protein to build mass and strength. Whole foods such as beans are an important part of any type of diet. Most fruits are excellent sources for vitamin C along with other nutrients. They can provide a boost to the immune system with their antioxidant qualities. Fruits are easy to eat without processing. You just need to wash and slice them to eat them, some need to be peeled, while others don't have to be. Whole grains are such things as oats, wheat, brown rice and more. These break down in the body slower than simple carbohydrates such as sugar, white bread, white potatoes and many processed grain products. Whole grains are a great source of complex carbohydrates, which provide energy for the body. Complex carbohydrates do not raise the blood glucose level as quickly as simple carbohydrates, which is even beneficial to those trying to lose weight or maintain healthy glucose levels. New recommendations encourage consuming more fruits, vegetables and whole grains every day. This is easily accomplished by eating terrific-tasting, nutrient-rich whole food meals made from whole unprocessed foods.

The influence of people's commitment to proper nutrition has also resulted to the introduction of more food supplement, ensuring that people can easily satisfy their nutritional needs. With Yevo Essential Nutrients , you always have energy to do the things you have to do. Getting enough nutrients on a regular basis is undoubtedly the most efficient way of becoming healthier and keeping your excellent figure. Being busy is not good enough reason for not eating right. You can simply drop by a supermarket or search in online stores for nutritious food packs.

Healthy eating tip : Put protein in perspective. Protein gives us the energy to get up and go—and keep going. Protein in food is broken down into the 20 amino acids that are the body's basic building blocks for growth and energy, and essential for maintaining cells, tissues, and organs. While too much protein can be harmful to people with kidney disease, the latest research suggests that most of us need more high-quality protein than the current dietary recommendations. It also suggests that we need more protein as we age to maintain physical function.

Facts I learned about yevo

How much protein do you need? Protein needs are based on weight rather than calorie intake. Adults should eat at least 0.8g of lean, high-quality protein per kilogram (2.2lb) of body weight per day. A higher intake may help to lower your risk for obesity, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, and stroke. Older adults should aim for 1 to 1.5 grams of lean protein for each kilogram of weight. This translates to 68 to 102g of protein per day for a person weighing 150 lbs. Divide your protein intake equally among meals. Nursing women need about 20 grams more high-quality protein a day than they did before pregnancy to support milk production. The key to ensuring you eat high-quality protein is to try different types, rather than relying on red meat and whole milk dairy products which are high in saturated fat. Replacing processed carbs with high-quality protein can improve your good cholesterol and reduce your risk for heart disease and stroke. You'll also feel full longer, which can help you lose weight. Replace red meat with fish, chicken, or plant-based protein such as beans, nuts, and soy. Replace processed carbohydrates from pastries, cakes, pizza, cookies and chips with fish, beans, nuts, seeds, peas, tofu, chicken, low-fat dairy, and soy products. Snack on nuts and seeds instead of chips, replace baked dessert with Greek yogurt, or swap out slices of pizza for a grilled chicken breast and a side of beans.

Kraft, the maker of Oscar Mayer deli meats, Jell-O, Maxwell House coffee, and Velveeta cheese also recently shook up top management and reported sluggish sales. Big Food company, Kellogg's, has seen its sales plunge 5.4 percent over the past year. Campbell's Soup CEO has said: "There's a mounting distrust of so-called Big Food, the large food companies and legacy brands on which millions of consumers have relied on for so long." Do Americans finally realize what Yale medical researchers David Katz and Samuel Meller declared in a paper in 2013, that a "diet of minimally processed or

Here's Some information I learned about unprocessed foods

close to nature, predominantly plants, is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention." Eating minimally processed foods was even found to be more important than whether you are vegan or vegetarian, eat a paleo diet, or take part in any other specific diet like the 'Mediterranean diet.' Even eating meat, according to Katz and Meller, is O.K. as long as: ". . . animal foods are themselves the products, directly or ultimately, of pure plant foods—the composition of animal flesh and milk is as much influenced by diet as we are."

Many people from across the globe are seeing the need to change their lifestyle and go into trying out healthy diet to uplift the heath and condition of their body. There is a rapid rise in the presence of so many people that are having diabetes as well as obesity and many other health problems because these people are also into overdependence of eating foods coming from fast food chains. The very main reason as to why the foods in the fast food chains are not healthy because most of these foods are fried with the use of high amounts of cooking oil which drenched the foods with high amount of oils in it, thus predisposing the eater to develop high cholesterol as well as heart problems eventually. There is a way to combat the unhealthy effects that fast food has brought on to so many people, and it is through the use of what is being offered in markets, such as the natural and healthy fruits and vegetables and other foods. These foods that are being sold in this market, are actually healthy and totally good alternatives. There are so many healthy treats that are being sold such as apple chips, and preserves of organic foods that you can try out so that you will see for yourself the good benefits that you will be getting. You'll be thankful a Nutrition & the Human body diet to start to come into your life. You will definitely enjoy the fact that in so many studies comparing the eating habits of people that are consuming natural food items such as eating canned fruits and apple chips over fries and whatnot, there is really great health benefits that is present and seen. You will certainly see that you have good digestion if you are regularly consuming food items such as natural fruits and vegetables, because these foods are so rich in fibers and nutrients which will make you enjoy a healthy way of life, this is a positive step for you to go to, and if you keep it up you wil surely not be turning back to eating unhealthy foods.

Some basic concepts about the chemistry of water - explained in very simple terms - and is intended for curious minds who wish to better understand the science behind water ionization at the molecular level. The structure of atoms and molecules. An atom consists of positively charged protons, electrically neutral neutrons and negatively charged electrons. At the centre of the atom, neutrons and protons stay together to form the atom's core or nucleus. Electrons revolve around the atom's core in three-dimensional orbits or shells. Each of these molecular orbits needs a certain number of electrons to be stable. The inner orbit closest to the core must contain 2 electrons to be stable. The second orbit must contain 8 electrons to be stable. Each subsequent orbit, for atoms that contain more than 10 protons and electrons, also requires a pre-defined number of electrons to be stable. But apart from inert gases such as helium, neon and argon, the outermost orbit of most atoms is missing one or more electrons to be stable. In order to reach a state of stability, atoms bond together to form molecules by sharing their valence electrons, or electrons that make up the outermost shell.

Here's Some information I learned about Alkaline Water Machine

sharing can be achieved through covalent bonding as described below. Covalent bonding of a water molecule Covalent bonding is a form of chemical bonding between two non-metallic atoms, such as hydrogen and oxygen, which is characterized by the sharing of pairs of electrons between two or more atoms. For stabilization, they share their valence electrons with other atoms. A water molecule is an example of a molecule created through covalent bonding. Water is made up of one oxygen atom and 2 hydrogen atoms, hence the chemical symbol H2O. A hydrogen atom is made up of 1 proton at its core and 1 electron that revolves around the core in a three-dimensional orbit. An oxygen atom is made up of 8 protons and 8 neutrons at its core and 8 electrons that revolve around the core in 2 separate three-dimensional orbits. The inner orbit contains 2 electrons whereas the outer orbit contains 6 electrons. However, both the hydrogen atom and the oxygen atom are not stable when they are alone. In order to be stable, the hydrogen atom must contain 2 electrons in its shell, and the oxygen atom must contain 8 electrons in its outer shell.

Then he 1called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.
1 Matt 10:1 Mark 3:13, 6:7 Luke 6:13

2

And he 1sent them to 2preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

4

And whatsoever house ye enter into, there abide, and thence depart.

5

And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.

6

And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where.

7

Now 1Herod the tetrarch heard of all that was done by him: and he was perplexed, because that it was said of some, that 2John was risen from the dead;
1 Matt 14:1, Mark 6:14
2 Matt 14:2, Matt 16:14, Mark 8:28, Luke 9:19

8

And of some, that Elias had appeared; and of others, that one of the old prophets was risen again.

9

And Herod said, John have I beheaded: but who is this, of whom I hear such things? And he desired to see him.

10

And the apostles, when they were returned, told him all that they had done. And he took them, and went 1aside privately into a desert place belonging to the city called Bethsaida.

11

And the people, when they knew it, followed him: and he received them, and spake unto them of the kingdom of God, and healed them that had need of healing.

12

And when the day began to wear away, then came the twelve, and said unto him, Send the multitude away, that they may go into the towns and country round about, and lodge, and get victuals: for we are here in a desert place.

13

But he said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they said, We have no more but five loaves and two fishes; except we should go and buy ameat for all this people.

14

For they were about five thousand men. And he said to his disciples, Make them sit down by fifties in a company.

15

And they did so, and made them all sit down.

16

Then he took the five loaves and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed them, and brake, and gave to the disciples to set before the multitude.

17

And they did eat, and were all filled: and there was taken up of fragments that remained to them twelve baskets.

18

And it came to pass, as he was alone praying, his disciples were with him: and he asked them, saying, 1Whom say the people that I am?
1 Matt 16:13, Mark 8:27

19

They answering said, 1John the Baptist; but some say, Elias; and others say, that one of the old prophets is risen again.
1 Matt 14:2, Matt 16:14, Mark 8:28, Luke 9:7

20

He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? Peter answering said, The aChrist of God.

21

And he straitly charged them, and commanded them to tell no man that thing;

22

Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be 1slain, and be raised the 2third day.
1 Matt 16:21, 17:23, 20:19, Mark 8:31, 9:31, 10:34, Luke 18:33, 24:7

23

And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his 1cross daily, and follow me.
1 Matt 10:38, Matt 16:24, Mark 8:34

24

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.

25

For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?

26

For whosoever shall be 1ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels.
1 Matt 10:33, Mark 8:38, 2 Tim 2:12

27

But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they 1see the kingdom of God.
1 Matt 10:23, Matt 16:28, Mark 9:1

28

1And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a 2mountain to pray.
1 Matt 17:1, Mark 9:2
2 Matt 5:1 Mark 3:13 John 6:3, 15

29

And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering.

30

And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and Elias:

31

Who appeared in glory, and spake of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem.

32

But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him.

33

And it came to pass, as they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias: not knowing what he said.

34

While he thus spake, there came a cloud, and overshadowed them: and they feared as they entered into the cloud.

35

And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, 1This is my beloved Son: hear him.
1 Matt 17:5, Mark 9:7, 2nd Pet 1:17

36

And when the voice was past, Jesus was found alone. And they kept it close, and told no man in those days any of those things which they had seen.

37

And it came to pass, that on the next day, 1when they were come down from the hill, much people met him.
1 Matt 17:14

38

And, behold, a man of the company cried out, saying, Master, I beseech thee, look upon my son: for he is mine only child.

39

And, lo, a spirit taketh him, and he suddenly crieth out; and it teareth him that he foameth again, and bruising him hardly departeth from him.

40

And I besought thy disciples to cast him out; and they could not.

41

And Jesus answering said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and suffer you? Bring thy son hither.

42

And as he was yet a coming, the devil threw him down, and tare him. And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the child, and delivered him again to his father.

43

And they were all amazed at the mighty power of God. But while they wondered every one at all things which Jesus did, he said unto his disciples,

44

Let these sayings sink down into your ears: for the Son of man shall be delivered into the hands of men.

45

But they understood not this saying, and it was hid from them, that they perceived it not: and they feared to ask him of that saying.

46

Then there arose a reasoning among them, which of them should be 1greatest.
1 Matt 18:1, Mark 9:34, Luke 22:24

47

And Jesus, 1perceiving the thought of their heart, took a child, and set him by him,
1 Psa 139:2, Matt 9:4, Matt 12:15, Matt 12:25, Mark 12:15, Luke 5:22, Luke 6:8, Luke 11:17, Heb 4:13

48

And said unto them, Whosoever shall 1receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.
1 Matt 10:40, John 12:44, Galatians 4:14

49

And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us.

50

And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.

51

And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem,

52

And sent messengers before his face: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him.

53

And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem.

54

And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did?

55

But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.

56

For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.

57

And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way, a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will 1follow thee whithersoever thou goest.
1 Matt 8:19

58

And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.

59

And he said unto 1another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.
1 Matt 8:21

60

Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.

61

And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.

62

And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
