My Brethren, I wish that ye may be in health and prosper, even as your soul Prospers (3 Jn 1:2)

The Advantages of Eating Natural And Healthy Foods are many. Many people from across the globe are seeing the need to change their lifestyle and go into trying out healthy diet to uplift the heath and condition of their body. There is a growing concern that is about the overdependence on eating fast foods as many people are seeing these chains as the best alternative to eat because they can readily get the foods that they want, yet they do not know that these establishments are the major cause of many health problems such as obesity and diabetes. The very main reason as to why the foods in the fast food chains are not healthy because most of these foods are fried with the use of high amounts of cooking oil which drenched the foods with high amount of oils in it, thus predisposing the eater to develop high cholesterol as well as heart problems eventually. In fact,

is one of the many cheap food alternatives that are healthy and natural that are available in so many markets today, and these foods should be eaten and consumed instead of those that are found in the fast food chains. These foods that are being sold in this market, are actually healthy and totally good alternatives. If you really want to be healthy, then you can try out getting some preserves of organic fruits as well as trying the apple chips which will ensure that you will be able to see and reap the benefits of eating healthy treats.. What should be done is that if you are eating and picking salad in the food item that you have chosen in the fast food chain, you must keep it away from the sauces and dressings as it will just make the food unhealthy.

AMAZING workout! I had "stamina" (a word I didn't like at first). I pushed myself hard and didn't really exhaust myself. I WANT to exercise. I WANT to get out and move. On the food front; foods taste different. Sugars have become too sweet and not satisfying. I crave fruits instead because the flavor of the fruit is so much more rich. All flavors are stronger. You can taste I eat smaller portions and get full faster. I haven't lost weight as of today. But I finally feel better and am excited about getting back to the gym. I have truly been sad that I haven't been able to workout. Yay for feeling better!

The influence of people's commitment to proper nutrition has also resulted to the introduction of more food supplement, ensuring that people can easily satisfy their nutritional needs. With

, you always have energy to do the things you have to do. Getting enough nutrients on a regular basis is undoubtedly the most efficient way of becoming healthier and keeping your excellent figure. Being busy is not good enough reason for not eating right. You can simply drop by a supermarket or search in online stores for nutritious food packs.

I FEEL like working out. I didn't like the word stamina to describe the product because I felt like it was too much of a male word and had a sexual connotation. However, now that I have taken the product I agree that the word stamina really does describe how it affects me. My 12 hour days are not so unbearable. I still have energy at the end of the day and am not dragging myself home. I don't know if this is a good thing but my skin is oilier. I feel like the pill warms me from the inside out. I would say that I felt a little numb. I didn't have much emotion but I feel like I have become alive again. This is what I have after 1 week. I am still working on this journey. I am excited to see what the next few weeks brings. I am headed to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on March 14th and I am looking forward to being in a swimsuit again! I am also excited about the way I feel and the emotions I am feeling again. YEAH! I went to the gym today for the first time since I have been feeling better.

How does an ionizer work? A water ionizer is a small kitchen appliance that separates tap water into two separate streams - one alkaline and one acidic - through a process called electrolysis. Ionizers can either be installed on the counter next to the kitchen sink or under the counter with only a special faucet visible above the counter. Ionization breaks the bond between the oxygen and hydrogen atoms of a water molecule [H2O] and produces alkaline water full of hydroxyl ions [OH-] and and acid water full of hydrogen ions [H+]. What are pH and ORP? The pH scale measures how acidic or alkaline a substance is. It ranges from 0 to 14. A pH of 7 is neutral, a pH less than 7 is acidic, and a pH greater than 7 is

(or basic). ORP, or oxidation reduction potential, measures a substance's ability to oxidize or reduce molecules around it, or in other words, it's potential to steal or donate electrons. pH and ORP are key concepts to understand ionization and the important health benefits of alkaline ionized water. Water, the chemistry of life. Water is essential for life. No living being on planet Earth can survive without it. In fact, about 70 to 90 percent of all organic matter is composed of water. Water not only provides the medium to make life sustaining chemical reactions possible, but water itself is often an important reactant or product of these reactions. In short, the chemistry of life is water chemistry. This section provides some basic concepts that help to understand the chemistry of water and the science behind water ionization at the molecular level.

Buy a water ionizer. Water ionizers attach to your faucet and are very user friendly. The water becomes electrically enhanced (ionized) because the ionizer runs it over positive and negative electrodes. Doing this separates the water into alkalized water and acidic water. The alkalized water makes up about 70% of the produced water and can be used for drinking. Don't just discard the acidic water. Acidic water can kill many types of bacteria. You can use it for washing your body, killing some of the bacteria living on your skin. Purchase an ionizing water filter. These filters are easily transportable and cheaper than buying an electric ionizer. They work in a similar fashion to a normal filter. Pour water into the filter and let it sit for three to five minutes. While you are waiting, the water is being sent through a series of filters. Once it passes through the filters, it sits in a pool of alkalizing minerals. These filters can often be found with the kitchen appliances in home stores.

How I became and Expert on Alkaline Water

Add pH drops. pH drops contain potent alkaline minerals and are highly concentrated. You can purchase pH drops at health food stores or online. Follow the directions on your specific pH bottle to determine how many drops you should put into your water. Keep in mind that while pH drops increase the alkalinity of your water, they do not filter out any of the things like chlorine or fluoride that can be found in your tap water. Cut up one lemon into eighths. Add the lemons to the water but do not squeeze them--simply place them in the water. You can add one tablespoon of pink Himalayan sea salt to your lemon water if desired. Adding the salt mineralizes your alkaline water. Use baking soda. Add 1/8 tbsp baking soda to an 8 oz. glass of water. Baking soda has a high alkaline content. When the baking soda mixes with the water, it increases the alkaline properties of the water. Shake (if you are using a water bottle) or stir (if using a glass) the mixture vigorously to make sure the baking soda mixes in thoroughly with the water. If you are on a low sodium diet, do not add baking soda to your water. Baking soda is high in sodium.

Chapter 27

1

When the morning was come, all the 1chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death:
1 Luke 22:66

2

And when they had bound him, they led him away, and 1delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor.
1 Mark 15:1, Luke 23:1, John 18:28, Acts 3:13

3

Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the 1thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,
1 Zech 11:12, Matt 26:15, Matt 27:9

4

Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.

5

And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and 1hanged himself.
1 2nd Sam 17:23, Acts 1:18

6

And the chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood.

7

And they took counsel, and bought with them the potter's field, to bury strangers in.

8

Wherefore that field was called, The field of blood, unto this day.

9

Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the 1thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value;
1 Zech 11:12, Matt 26:15, Matt 27:3

10

And gave them for the 1potter's field, as the Lord appointed me.
1 Zech 11:13

11

And Jesus stood before the governor: and the 1governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest.
1 Mark 15:2, Luke 23:3, John 18:33, 1st Tim 6:13

12

And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he 1answered nothing.
1 Isa 53:7, Matt 26:63, John 19:9, 1st Pet 2:23

13

Then said Pilate unto him, 1Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee?
1 Matt 26:62, John 19:10

14

And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly.

15

Now at that feast the governor was wont to 1release unto the people a prisoner, whom they would.
1 Mark 15:6, Luke 23:17, John 18:39

16

And they had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas.

17

Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ?

18

For he knew that for 1envy they had delivered him.
1 Acts 7:9

19

When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a 1dream because of him.
1 Job 33:15

20

But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should 1ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus.
1 Mark 15:11, Luke 23:18, John 18:40, Acts 3:14

21

The governor answered and said unto them, Whether of the twain will ye that I release unto you? They said, Barabbas.

22

Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified.

23

And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.

24

When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and 1washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.
1 Deut 21:6

25

Then answered all the people, and said, His 1blood be on us, and on our children.
1 Gen 4:10, Matt 23:35, Acts 5:28, Rev 6:10

26

Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had 1scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.
1 Isa 53:5, Mark 15:15, John 19:1

27

Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers.

28

And they stripped him, and 1put on him a scarlet robe.
1 Luke 23:11

29

And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and 1mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!
1 Psa 69:19

30

And they 1spit upon him, and took the reed, and 2smote him on the head.
1 Job 30:10, Isa 50:6, Isa 53:3, Matt 26:67, Luke 18:32
2 Mark 15:19

31

And after that they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him, and put his own raiment on him, and led him away to crucify him.

32

And as they came 1out, they found a man of 2Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear his cross.
1 Num 15:35, 1st Kings 21:13, Acts 7:58, Heb 13:12
2 Mark 15:21

33

And when they were come unto a place called Golgotha, that is to say, a place of a skull,

34

They gave him avinegar to drink mingled with 1gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink.
1 Psa 69:21

35

And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.
Ps 22:18 John 19:24

36

And sitting down they watched him there;

37

And set up over his head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.

38

Then were there 1two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left.
1 Mark 15:27, Luke 23:32, John 19:18

39

And they that passed by 1reviled him, wagging their heads,
1 Psa 22:7, Psa 109:25

40

And saying, Thou that 1destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross.
1 Matt 26:61, John 2:19

41

Likewise also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said,

42

He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.

43

He 1trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of God.
1 Psa 22:9

44

The thieves also, which were crucified with him, 1cast the same in his teeth.
1 Luke 23:39

45

Now from the sixth hour there was 1darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour.
1 Isa 50:3, Amos 8:9

46

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a 1loud voice, saying, 2Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, 2My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
1 Heb 5:7
2 Ps 22:1 Mark 15:34

47

Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This man calleth for aElias.

48

And straightway one of them ran, and took a spunge, and filled it with avinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink.

49

The rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to save him.

50

Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.

51

And, behold, the 1veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;
1 Exod 26:31, 2nd Chron 3:14, Mark 15:38, Luke 23:45, Eph 2:14, Heb 6:19, Heb 10:20

52

And the 1graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,
1 Psa 68:20

53

And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the aholy city, and appeared unto many.

54

Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, 1saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God.
1 Exod 20:18, Mark 15:39, Luke 23:47

55

And many 1women were there beholding afar off, which followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering unto him:
1 Mark 15:40

56

Among which was 1Mary Magdalene, and 2Mary the mother of James and Joses, and the mother of Zebedees children.
1 Luke 8:2
2 Matt 28:1

57

When the even was come, there came a rich man of Arimathaea, named 1Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple:
1 Mark 15:43, Luke 23:50, John 19:38

58

He went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be delivered.

59

And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth,

60

And 1laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed.
1 Isa 53:9

61

And there was Mary Magdalene, and the other Mary, sitting over against the sepulchre.

62

Now the next day, that followed the day of the preparation, the chief priests and Pharisees came together unto Pilate,

63

Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After 1three days I will rise again.
1 Matt 16:21, Matt 17:23, Matt 20:19, Matt 26:61, Mark 8:31, Mark 10:34, Luke 9:22, Luke 18:33, Luke 24:7, John 2:19

64

Command therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first.

65

Pilate said unto them, Ye have a watch: go your way, make it as sure as ye can.

66

So they went, and made the sepulchre sure, 1sealing the stone, and setting a watch.
1 Dan 6:17
