Israel prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has claimed victory in today's election. "Against all odds:a great victory for the Likud," Netanyahu tweeted. "A major victory for the people of Israel!" After a bruising campaign focused on his failings, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel won a clear victory in Tuesday's elections and seemed all but certain to form a new government and serve a fourth term, though he offended many voters and alienated allies in the process. Netanyahu Wins Landslide With 99.5 percent of the ballots counted, the YNet news site reported Wednesday morning that Mr. Netanyahu's Likud Party had captured 29 or 30 of the 120 seats in Parliament, sweeping past his chief rival, the center-left Zionist Union alliance, which got 24 seats. Mr. Netanyahu and his allies had seized on earlier exit polls that showed a slimmer Likud lead to create an aura of inevitability, and celebrated with singing and dancing. While his opponents vowed a fight, Israeli political analysts agreed even before most of the ballots were counted that he had the advantage, with more seats having gone to the right-leaning parties likely to support him.

The Atkins Nutritional Approach or the Atkins Diet is bent on controlling insulin levels by the kinds of foods that our bodies take in. The rapid rise followed by the rapid fall of insulin levels in our body is the result of taking too much refined carbohydrates. A rising insulin level will send a message to our bodies to store as much energy as possible from the foods that we take in. Stored fat used as a source of energy will not happen with rising insulin levels The followers of the Atkins diet usually take in more protein in their diet. Yevo Essential Nutrients is different and includes all 43 Essential Nutrients. The aim of the Zone Diet is a nutrition balance of 40% carbohydrates, 30% fats and 30% protein every time we take our meals. When insulin levels are controlled, it results in more successful weight loss and body weight control. This type of diet encourages the consumption or good quality carbohydrates, unrefined carbohydrates, and fats.

The foods that are being sold in fast food chains are usually cheeses, fries and burgers, yet these foods are actually very rich and contains high amount of unsaturated fats which predisposes the person to have heart diseases as well as clogged arteries. It is now a growing concern of many fast food chains to offer foods that are rich in nutrients and are healthy alternatives, as opposed to what is very common these days which are unhealthy. Dressings and sauces should be kept away from the salad that you have ordered in the fast food chain, if you really want that you eat healthy foods and you want to have that healthy

Here's Some information I learned about Yevo Essential Nutrients

diet to start to come into your life. You will definitely enjoy the fact that in so many studies comparing the eating habits of people that are consuming natural food items such as eating canned fruits and apple chips over fries and whatnot, there is really great health benefits that is present and seen. You will certainly see that you have good digestion if you are regularly consuming food items such as natural fruits and vegetables, because these foods are so rich in fibers and nutrients which will make you enjoy a healthy way of life, this is a positive step for you to go to, and if you keep it up you wil surely not be turning back to eating unhealthy foods.

BUT WHAT IS REALLY EXCITING IS...........last week I gave the Stemfit Active Suppliment to my friend Paul. He is the type of guy that never wants to try anything. I told him, why not give it a try. Well he started taking it and within 2 days he lost his desire to smoke. He was a chain smoker who smoked over a pack of cigarettes everyday for the past 38 yrs. and he was never able to quit. He realizes that the habit was killing him (he developed a smoker's cough). He told me that just 2 days into taking the capsules, he was down to just 8 cigarettes a day. He said he really has no desire to smoke but that he feels that the "habit" of smoking something is all that is left. As a result, I am telling EVERYONE about this and getting as many people on the product as possible. I have a lot of experience in network marketing and have in the past sold as much as $90,000 in one month. I feel I am qualified to know a good thing when I see it and I am looking forward to being a part of this company with all it has to offer and getting in on the ground floor of something I feel will be the next BIG THING to hit the market.

Eat an alkaline diet to reduce inflammation and improve intracellular pH. Most people in the Western world today eat a diet that promotes inflammation and increases intracellular pH, a condition called latent acidosis - understood to provide a perfect environment for cancer to proliferate. A properly constructed alkaline diet will improve your intracellular pH over time, and is the best defense against continuous inflammation in the body. It is composed primarily of organic leafy green vegetables, herbs and spices, root vegetables, onions, garlic, leek and chives, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbages, beans, lentils and peas and nuts and seeds, combined with a small amount (a cup or two per day) of non-gluten grains such as rice. A serving of between two and four ounces of clean fish, organic poultry or grass-fed meat, several times per week, can be part of a healthy, alkaline oriented diet. Two to three pieces of whole fresh fruit a day help balance your vitamin and mineral consumption. The more of your vegetables and fruits you enjoy raw, the better.

Here's Some things I learned about Alkaline Water

Cancer cells use more glucose (sugar) per unit of time than other cells. Sugar metabolism creates acid, which also supports cancer progression. Further, a diet high in sugars, including fruits, triggers the insulin response. If you frequently eat sugar or fruit throughout the day, you suppress your immune function while increasing the insulin levels in your body, creating insulin resistance. Insulin resistance has been directly tied to cancer proliferation. Processed sugar depletes magnesium in the body, another contributor to cancer proliferation. High fructose corn syrup, because of its processing methodology, is high in mercury, a cancer-promoting toxin in the body. The recommendation to eliminate sugar includes sugar in all its forms, even "natural" sugars like honey and agave, as well as white sugar and high fructose corn syrup. Enjoy unsweetened applesauce, two or three figs or dried apricots, or a piece of fresh pineapple if you need a sweet treat. Moderation with fruit is important, as fructose has been shown to increase the rate of cancer cell division as much as two-fold – more than other forms of sugar.

Chapter 23

1

And Paul, earnestly beholding the council, said, Men and brethren, I have lived in all good conscience before God until this day.

2

And the high priest Ananias commanded them that stood by him to smite him on the mouth.

3

Then said Paul unto him, God shall smite thee, thou 1whited wall: for sittest thou to judge me after the law, and commandest me to be smitten contrary to the law?
1 Matt 23:27

4

And they that stood by said, Revilest thou God's high priest?

5

Then said Paul, I wist not, brethren, that he was the high priest: for it is written, Thou shalt not speak evil of the ruler of thy people.
Exod 22:28

6

But when Paul perceived that the one part were Sadducees, and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee: of the hope and resurrection of the dead I am called in question.

7

And when he had so said, there arose a dissension between the Pharisees and the Sadducees: and the multitude was divided.

8

For the Sadducees say that there is no 1resurrection, neither angel, nor spirit: but the Pharisees confess both.
1 Matt 22:23, 1st Cor 15:12, 2nd Tim 2:18

9

And there arose a great cry: and the scribes that were of the Pharisees' part arose, and strove, saying, We find no evil in this man: but if a spirit or an angel hath spoken to him, let us not fight against God.

10

And when there arose a great dissension, the chief captain, fearing lest Paul should have been pulled in pieces of them, commanded the soldiers to go down, and to take him by force from among them, and to bring him into the castle.

11

And the night following the Lord stood by him, and said, Be of good cheer, Paul: for as thou hast testified of me in Jerusalem, so must thou bear witness also at Rome.

12

And when it was day, certain of the Jews banded together, and bound themselves under a curse, saying that they would neither eat nor drink till they had killed Paul.

13

And they were more than forty which had made this conspiracy.

14

And they came to the chief priests and elders, and said, We have bound ourselves under a great curse, that we will eat nothing until we have slain Paul.

15

Now therefore ye with the council signify to the chief captain that he bring him down unto you to morrow, as though ye would enquire something more perfectly concerning him: and we, or ever he come near, are ready to kill him.

16

And when Paul's sister's son heard of their lying in wait, he went and entered into the castle, and told Paul.

17

Then Paul called one of the centurions unto him, and said, Bring this young man unto the chief captain: for he hath a certain thing to tell him.

18

So he took him, and brought him to the chief captain, and said, Paul the prisoner called me unto him, and prayed me to bring this young man unto thee, who hath something to say unto thee.

19

Then the chief captain took him by the hand, and went with him aside privately, and asked him, What is that thou hast to tell me?

20

And he said, The Jews have agreed to desire thee that thou wouldest bring down Paul to morrow into the council, as though they would enquire somewhat of him more perfectly.

21

But do not thou yield unto them: for there lie in wait for him of them more than forty men, which have bound themselves with an oath, that they will neither eat nor drink till they have killed him: and now are they ready, looking for a promise from thee.

22

So the chief captain then let the young man depart, and charged him, See thou tell no man that thou hast shewed these things to me.

23

And he called unto him two centurions, saying, Make ready two hundred soldiers to go to Caesarea, and horsemen threescore and ten, and spearmen two hundred, at the third hour of the night;

24

And provide them beasts, that they may set Paul on, and bring him safe unto Felix the governor.

25

And he wrote a letter after this manner:

26

Claudius Lysias unto the most excellent governor Felix sendeth greeting.

27

This man was taken of the Jews, and should have been killed of them: then came I with an army, and rescued him, having understood that he was a Roman.

28

And when I would have known the cause wherefore they accused him, I brought him forth into their council:

29

Whom I perceived to be accused of questions of their law, but to have nothing laid to his charge worthy of death or of bonds.

30

And when it was told me how that the Jews laid wait for the man, I sent straightway to thee, and gave commandment to his accusers also to say before thee what they had against him. Farewell.

31

Then the soldiers, as it was commanded them, took Paul, and brought him by night to Antipatris.

32

On the morrow they left the horsemen to go with him, and returned to the castle:

33

Who, when they came to Caesarea and delivered the epistle to the governor, presented Paul also before him.

34

And when the governor had read the letter, he asked of what province he was. And when he understood that he was of Cilicia;

35

I will hear thee, said he, when thine accusers are also come. And he commanded him to be kept in Herod's judgment hall.
