My Brethren, I wish that ye may be in health and prosper, even as your soul Prospers (3 Jn 1:2)

I just wanted to let you know that I got great news the other day at my doctor. Before my blood pressure had gotten up as high as 130/90. The reading this time was 115/75 and the doctor was ecstatic. The only thing I've been doing differently over the last three weeks is taking your capsules. You know that as an attorney I am under constant stress

helped and I was really worried that I would need to make major changes to my lifestyle. I don't know yet if the capsules are the reason for the change, but I'm certainly going to keep taking them.

The influence of people's commitment to proper nutrition has also resulted to the introduction of more food supplement, ensuring that people can easily satisfy their nutritional needs. With Yevo Essential Nutrients , you always have energy to do the things you have to do. Getting enough nutrients on a regular basis is undoubtedly the most efficient way of becoming healthier and keeping your excellent figure. Being busy is not good enough reason for not eating right. You can simply drop by a supermarket or search in online stores for nutritious food packs.

in 1938 an interesting natural cancer treatment was proposed as a simple, effective answer to cancer – almost any cancer. This treatment approach is not well known because it is considered alternative or experimental - or even dangerous - by the medical and scientific community and hence has been referenced primarily in obscure publications outside the mainstream press. This treatment approach is called alkaline therapy or pH therapy, and is based in part on observations of cultures without significant incidence of cancer and in part on scientific observations of and experimentation with cellular metabolism. The principles of pH therapy are very simple.

Some things I learned about Alkaline Water

The metabolism of cancer cells has a very narrow pH tolerance for cellular proliferation (mitosis), which is between 6.5 and 7.5. As such, if you can interfere with cancer cell metabolism by either lowering or raising the internal cancer cell pH, you can theoretically stop cancer progression. While lowering cancer cell pH (increasing acidity) is effective against cancer cell mitosis in the lab, increasing acid levels in the live body of a cancer patient puts stress on normal cells and causes a lot of pain. So the proposed alkaline therapy for people is a "high pH therapy" and has been developed to normalize the intracellular pH of the cancer patient's body through elimination of latent acidosis, while increasing the pH of cancer cells to a range above 7.5. According to published research, it is at that pH they revert to a normal cellular apoptosis cycle (programed cell death). Ideally, this approach begins with an alkaline diet. There is general agreement amongst natural healers and medical professionals alike, that changing a cancer patient's diet is extremely helpful when someone is confronted with a cancer diagnosis. In a previous article, I outlined the six steps that every cancer patient should take to provide the best chance to heal from and prevent future recurrences of cancer using alkaline diet principles.

NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) is a powerful anti-oxidant and can help prevent side effects caused by drug reactions and toxic chemicals, and helps break down mucus in the body. It appears to have benefits in treating some respiratory conditions, such as bronchitis and COPD.

Here's Some information I learned about Stemfit

. This is very crucial for the body's life functions, as NAC helps the body neutralize toxins, heavy metals, such as mercury from dental amalgam fillings, cadmium and lead from paint and cigarette smoke. The Sulfhydryl balance has also been linked to enhance resistance to viral infections. NAC is one of the most effective oral chelating agents.

California continues to suffer through a fourth year of water shortages, bordered by the largest body of water on earth. The crisis has encouraged residents to once again wonder if the Pacific Ocean is the answer to the state's water woes. Some are pushing for additional desalination plants like those used in water-starved Israel and Australia to convert ocean water into unlimited fresh water. Coastal Santa Barbara turned to desalination during a devastating five-year drought in the late 1980s, but by the time a new plant was ready for operation in 1992, heavy rains had returned. The $35 million facility ran for a few weeks before being shuttered. That's because the desalination process is not only potentially harmful to marine life, but removing salt by pushing salt water through membranes takes far more energy than simply pulling fresh water from inland sources. All that energy use is not only counter to the state's push for lower emissions, but it only seems economical during the worst of a drought. As Santa Barbara reactivates the plant this summer, water bills in the area are expected to increase by 40 percent.

Since California will be using desalination, they will need an Alkaline Water Machine to return the minerals to their water

Compared to local freshwater sources, desalination is certainly energy expensive. But it's only slightly more costly than other options available during drought conditions. That's why Santa Barbara is spending another $40 million to reopen its plant, and why 17 others are in the works along the state's coast. In Carlsbad, California, Poseidon Water is opening a $1 billion plant that will be the largest in the U.S. when it is completed in the fall. In a recent Wall Street Journal article, CEO Carlos Riva defended desalination plants against those that worry that they represent a step backward in the state's efforts to reduce carbon emissions, pointing out that the plant will "use less energy than one of the data center that are being built, and nobody claims that they are somehow immoral." According to the Natural Resources Defense Council, data centers are expected to consume 140 billion kilowatt hours of electricity a year by 2020—the output of 34 large coal power plants. According to the Pacific Institute, the Carlsbad plant will take 750 megawatt hours per day, so more than 500 equivalent plants would have to be constructed to match the energy cost of our Facebook and Google habits... 324

Healthy eating tip : Put protein in perspective. Protein gives us the energy to get up and go—and keep going. Protein in food is broken down into the 20 amino acids that are the body's basic building blocks for growth and energy, and essential for maintaining cells, tissues, and organs. While too much protein can be harmful to people with kidney disease, the latest research suggests that most of us need more high-quality protein than the current dietary recommendations. It also suggests that we need more protein as we age to maintain physical function.

Facts I learned about yevo

How much protein do you need? Protein needs are based on weight rather than calorie intake. Adults should eat at least 0.8g of lean, high-quality protein per kilogram (2.2lb) of body weight per day. A higher intake may help to lower your risk for obesity, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, and stroke. Older adults should aim for 1 to 1.5 grams of lean protein for each kilogram of weight. This translates to 68 to 102g of protein per day for a person weighing 150 lbs. Divide your protein intake equally among meals. Nursing women need about 20 grams more high-quality protein a day than they did before pregnancy to support milk production. The key to ensuring you eat high-quality protein is to try different types, rather than relying on red meat and whole milk dairy products which are high in saturated fat. Replacing processed carbs with high-quality protein can improve your good cholesterol and reduce your risk for heart disease and stroke. You'll also feel full longer, which can help you lose weight. Replace red meat with fish, chicken, or plant-based protein such as beans, nuts, and soy. Replace processed carbohydrates from pastries, cakes, pizza, cookies and chips with fish, beans, nuts, seeds, peas, tofu, chicken, low-fat dairy, and soy products. Snack on nuts and seeds instead of chips, replace baked dessert with Greek yogurt, or swap out slices of pizza for a grilled chicken breast and a side of beans.

Chapter 9

1

And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest,

2

And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.

3

And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:

4

And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?

5

And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

6

And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.

7

And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.

8

And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.

9

And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink.

10

And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord.

11

And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth,

12

And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight.

13

Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem:

14

And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name.

15

But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:

16

For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.

17

And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.

18

And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.

19

And when he had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus.

20

And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the aSon of God.

21

But all that heard him were amazed, and said; Is not this he that destroyed them which called on this name in Jerusalem, and came hither for that intent, that he might bring them bound unto the chief priests?

22

But Saul increased the more in strength, and confounded the Jews which dwelt at Damascus, proving that this is very Christ.

23

And after that many days were fulfilled, the Jews took counsel to kill him:

24

But their laying await was known of Saul. And they watched the gates day and night to kill him.

25

Then the disciples took him by night, and let him down by the wall in a basket.

26

And when Saul was come to Jerusalem, he assayed to join himself to the disciples: but they were all afraid of him, and believed not that he was a disciple.

27

But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.

28

And he was with them coming in and going out at Jerusalem.

29

And he spake boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus, and disputed against the Grecians: but they went about to slay him.

30

Which when the brethren knew, they brought him down to Caesarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus.

31

Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.

32

And it came to pass, as Peter passed throughout all quarters, he came down also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda.

33

And there he found a certain man named Aeneas, which had kept his bed eight years, and was sick of the palsy.

34

And Peter said unto him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose immediately.

35

And all that dwelt at Lydda and Saron saw him, and turned to the Lord.

36

Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did.

37

And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber.

38

And forasmuch as Lydda was nigh to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent unto him two men, desiring him that he would not delay to come to them.

39

Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them.

40

But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

41

And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive.

42

And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord.

43

And it came to pass, that he tarried many days in Joppa with one Simon a tanner.
