My Brethren, I wish that ye may be in health and prosper, even as your soul Prospers (3 Jn 1:2)

Glutinous grains cause inflammation. Inflammation promotes cancer progression. This means avoiding high-gluten grains such as wheat, spelt or rye, including the whole grains. Pastas, cereals, bread, muffins, cakes, crackers, cookies and other baked goods are excluded from an alkaline, cancer-suppression diet. Cancer patients should enjoy whole, non-gluten grains such as rice, buckwheat, quinoa, millet and amaranth. However, using "gluten free" prepared products is a mistake, as most of them have added sugar or processed oils and will therefore fall outside of the alkaline diet parameters for cancer. Cow dairy has been identified in a very large study compiled by Prof. (Emeritus) T. Colin Campbell, PhD, Cornell University as one of the most cancer promoting foods.[viii] Strangely enough, it is the protein that is the culprit – casein protein. High protein yogurts made with added powdered milk or whey are even more cancer promoting than plain milk, yogurt or cheese. However, all dairy products should be eliminated from the diet when you are fighting cancer.

Here's Some things I learned about Alkaline Water Machine

Dairy products create inflammation, cause bone deterioration (yes it is true, because of the high acid production during digestion of dairy) and promote cancer progression in a similar fashion to sugar. Use only natural, cold-pressed olive oil, coconut oil or avocado oil – organic where possible. These oils are naturally anti-inflammatory, thus provide a soothing and healing benefit to inflamed and potentially cancerous cells in the body. Coconut oil in particular has also been shown to have a mild antibacterial/antifungal effect, helpful for cancer patients with a lowered immune function, as well as direct anti-cancer properties. Oils that should be eliminated from a cancer-suppression diet include corn, soy, canola, safflower or sunflower oils. Not only are the commercial versions of these oils produced from genetically modified plants – believed to increase cancer risk - most of them are highly processed. Processed oils, including hydrogenated (hard) oils and margarines, have been prepared at high heat to improve shelf life. This changes the oil molecules so that instead of acting as a natural conductor for all the electrical messaging in your body, these molecules create "dead spots" in your cells because they cannot conduct electricity. This interferes with healthy cell function and can promote cancer progression. Essentially cancer cells are cells that no longer respond to intracellular messaging and proliferate without purpose, impacting other cells.

The Atkins Nutritional Approach or the Atkins Diet is bent on controlling insulin levels by the kinds of foods that our bodies take in. The rapid rise followed by the rapid fall of insulin levels in our body is the result of taking too much refined carbohydrates. A rising insulin level will send a message to our bodies to store as much energy as possible from the foods that we take in. Stored fat used as a source of energy will not happen with rising insulin levels The followers of the Atkins diet usually take in more protein in their diet. Yevo Essential Nutrients is different and includes all 43 Essential Nutrients. The aim of the Zone Diet is a nutrition balance of 40% carbohydrates, 30% fats and 30% protein every time we take our meals. When insulin levels are controlled, it results in more successful weight loss and body weight control. This type of diet encourages the consumption or good quality carbohydrates, unrefined carbohydrates, and fats.

The influence of people's commitment to proper nutrition has also resulted to the introduction of more food supplement, ensuring that people can easily satisfy their nutritional needs. With

, you always have energy to do the things you have to do. Getting enough nutrients on a regular basis is undoubtedly the most efficient way of becoming healthier and keeping your excellent figure. Being busy is not good enough reason for not eating right. You can simply drop by a supermarket or search in online stores for nutritious food packs.

Healthy eating tip : Put protein in perspective. Protein gives us the energy to get up and go—and keep going. Protein in food is broken down into the 20 amino acids that are the body's basic building blocks for growth and energy, and essential for maintaining cells, tissues, and organs. While too much protein can be harmful to people with kidney disease, the latest research suggests that most of us need more high-quality protein than the current dietary recommendations. It also suggests that we need more protein as we age to maintain physical function.

Facts I learned about yevo

How much protein do you need? Protein needs are based on weight rather than calorie intake. Adults should eat at least 0.8g of lean, high-quality protein per kilogram (2.2lb) of body weight per day. A higher intake may help to lower your risk for obesity, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, and stroke. Older adults should aim for 1 to 1.5 grams of lean protein for each kilogram of weight. This translates to 68 to 102g of protein per day for a person weighing 150 lbs. Divide your protein intake equally among meals. Nursing women need about 20 grams more high-quality protein a day than they did before pregnancy to support milk production. The key to ensuring you eat high-quality protein is to try different types, rather than relying on red meat and whole milk dairy products which are high in saturated fat. Replacing processed carbs with high-quality protein can improve your good cholesterol and reduce your risk for heart disease and stroke. You'll also feel full longer, which can help you lose weight. Replace red meat with fish, chicken, or plant-based protein such as beans, nuts, and soy. Replace processed carbohydrates from pastries, cakes, pizza, cookies and chips with fish, beans, nuts, seeds, peas, tofu, chicken, low-fat dairy, and soy products. Snack on nuts and seeds instead of chips, replace baked dessert with Greek yogurt, or swap out slices of pizza for a grilled chicken breast and a side of beans.

What is Stemfit Active? Stemfit Active helps REGENERATE AGING CELLS while completely nourishing unhealthy cells, supporting their restoration to their original state. Your body has it's own repair mechanism, the physical ability to REGENERATE CELLS, REPLACING YOUR OWN DAMAGED CELL. This repair mechanism is alive and well when we were younger, but falters as we age. Stemfit Active UNLEASHES THIS POWERFUL REPAIR MECHANISM INSIDE ALL OF US. It will keep your entire family not only healthy, but helps them become physically, mentally and emotionally stronger.

California continues to suffer through a fourth year of water shortages, bordered by the largest body of water on earth. The crisis has encouraged residents to once again wonder if the Pacific Ocean is the answer to the state's water woes. Some are pushing for additional desalination plants like those used in water-starved Israel and Australia to convert ocean water into unlimited fresh water. Coastal Santa Barbara turned to desalination during a devastating five-year drought in the late 1980s, but by the time a new plant was ready for operation in 1992, heavy rains had returned. The $35 million facility ran for a few weeks before being shuttered. That's because the desalination process is not only potentially harmful to marine life, but removing salt by pushing salt water through membranes takes far more energy than simply pulling fresh water from inland sources. All that energy use is not only counter to the state's push for lower emissions, but it only seems economical during the worst of a drought. As Santa Barbara reactivates the plant this summer, water bills in the area are expected to increase by 40 percent.

Since California will be using desalination, they will need an Alkaline Water Machine to return the minerals to their water

Compared to local freshwater sources, desalination is certainly energy expensive. But it's only slightly more costly than other options available during drought conditions. That's why Santa Barbara is spending another $40 million to reopen its plant, and why 17 others are in the works along the state's coast. In Carlsbad, California, Poseidon Water is opening a $1 billion plant that will be the largest in the U.S. when it is completed in the fall. In a recent Wall Street Journal article, CEO Carlos Riva defended desalination plants against those that worry that they represent a step backward in the state's efforts to reduce carbon emissions, pointing out that the plant will "use less energy than one of the data center that are being built, and nobody claims that they are somehow immoral." According to the Natural Resources Defense Council, data centers are expected to consume 140 billion kilowatt hours of electricity a year by 2020—the output of 34 large coal power plants. According to the Pacific Institute, the Carlsbad plant will take 750 megawatt hours per day, so more than 500 equivalent plants would have to be constructed to match the energy cost of our Facebook and Google habits... 324

Chapter 8

1

In those days the multitude being very great, and having nothing to eat, Jesus 1called his disciples unto him, and saith unto them,
1 Matt 15:32

2

I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now been with me three days, and have nothing to eat:

3

And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by the way: for divers of them came from far.

4

And his disciples answered him, From whence can a man satisfy these men with bread here in the wilderness?

5

And he 1asked them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven.
1 Matt 15:34

6

And he commanded the people to sit down on the ground: and he took the seven loaves, and gave thanks, and brake, and gave to his disciples to set before them; and they did set them before the people.

7

And they had a few small fishes: and he blessed, and commanded to set them also before them.

8

So they did eat, and were filled: and they took up of the broken meat that was left seven baskets.

9

And they that had eaten were about four thousand: and he sent them away.

10

And straightway he entered into a 1ship with his disciples, and came into the parts of Dalmanutha.
1 Matt 15:39

11

And the Pharisees came forth, and began to question with him, seeking of him a 1sign from heaven, tempting him.
1 Matt 12:38, 16:1, Luke 11:16, John 2:18, 1st Cor 1:22

12

And he sighed deeply in his spirit, and saith, Why doth this generation seek after a sign? verily I say unto you, There shall no sign be given unto this generation.

13

And he left them, and entering into the ship again departed to the other side.

14

Now the disciples had 1forgotten to take bread, neither had they in the ship with them more than one loaf.
1 Matt 16:5

15

And he charged them, saying, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and of the leaven of Herod.

16

And they reasoned among themselves, saying, It is because we have no bread.

17

And when Jesus knew it, he saith unto them, Why reason ye, because ye have no bread? perceive ye not yet, neither understand? have ye your heart yet hardened?

18

Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not remember?
Jer 5:21

19

When I brake the five loaves among five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? They say unto him, Twelve.

20

And when the seven among four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? And they said, Seven.

21

And he said unto them, How is it that ye do not understand?

22

And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a blind man unto him, and besought him to touch him.

23

And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought.

24

And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking.

25

After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.

26

And he sent him away to his house, saying, Neither go into the town, nor tell it to any in the town.

27

And Jesus went out, and his disciples, into the towns of Caesarea Philippi: and by the way he asked his disciples, saying unto them, 1Whom do men say that I am?
1 Matt 16:13, Luke 9:18

28

And they answered, 1John the Baptist; but some say, Elias; and others, One of the prophets.
1 Matt 14:2, Matt 16:14, Luke 9:7, Luke 9:19

29

And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Peter answereth and saith unto him, aThou art the Christ.

30

And he charged them that they should tell no man of him.

31

And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be 1killed, and after 2three days rise again.
1 Matt 16:21, 17:23, 20:19, Mark 9:31, 10:34, Luke 9:22, 18:33, 24:7
1 Matt 16:21, Matt 17:23, Matt 20:19, Matt 26:61, Matt 27:63, Mark 10:34, Luke 9:22, Luke 18:33, Luke 24:7, John 2:19

32

And he spake that saying openly. And Peter took him, and began to rebuke him.

33

But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men.

34

And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his 1cross, and follow me.
1 Matt 10:38, Matt 16:24, Luke 9:23

35

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.

36

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

37

Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

38

Whosoever therefore shall be 1ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
1 Matt 10:33, Luke 9:26, 2 Tim 2:12
