Healthy eating tip : Put protein in perspective. Protein gives us the energy to get up and go—and keep going. Protein in food is broken down into the 20 amino acids that are the body's basic building blocks for growth and energy, and essential for maintaining cells, tissues, and organs. While too much protein can be harmful to people with kidney disease, the latest research suggests that most of us need more high-quality protein than the current dietary recommendations. It also suggests that we need more protein as we age to maintain physical function.

Facts I learned about yevo

How much protein do you need? Protein needs are based on weight rather than calorie intake. Adults should eat at least 0.8g of lean, high-quality protein per kilogram (2.2lb) of body weight per day. A higher intake may help to lower your risk for obesity, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, and stroke. Older adults should aim for 1 to 1.5 grams of lean protein for each kilogram of weight. This translates to 68 to 102g of protein per day for a person weighing 150 lbs. Divide your protein intake equally among meals. Nursing women need about 20 grams more high-quality protein a day than they did before pregnancy to support milk production. The key to ensuring you eat high-quality protein is to try different types, rather than relying on red meat and whole milk dairy products which are high in saturated fat. Replacing processed carbs with high-quality protein can improve your good cholesterol and reduce your risk for heart disease and stroke. You'll also feel full longer, which can help you lose weight. Replace red meat with fish, chicken, or plant-based protein such as beans, nuts, and soy. Replace processed carbohydrates from pastries, cakes, pizza, cookies and chips with fish, beans, nuts, seeds, peas, tofu, chicken, low-fat dairy, and soy products. Snack on nuts and seeds instead of chips, replace baked dessert with Greek yogurt, or swap out slices of pizza for a grilled chicken breast and a side of beans.

The Atkins Nutritional Approach or the Atkins Diet is bent on controlling insulin levels by the kinds of foods that our bodies take in. The rapid rise followed by the rapid fall of insulin levels in our body is the result of taking too much refined carbohydrates. A rising insulin level will send a message to our bodies to store as much energy as possible from the foods that we take in. Stored fat used as a source of energy will not happen with rising insulin levels The followers of the Atkins diet usually take in more protein in their diet.

Here's Some information I learned about Yevo

is different and includes all 43 Essential Nutrients. The aim of the Zone Diet is a nutrition balance of 40% carbohydrates, 30% fats and 30% protein every time we take our meals. When insulin levels are controlled, it results in more successful weight loss and body weight control. This type of diet encourages the consumption or good quality carbohydrates, unrefined carbohydrates, and fats.

There are over 100 amino acids that occur naturally, but only twenty of them are involved in making up a protein, and are classified as either non-essential or essential amino acids, so named because they can be synthesized in the body.

Here's Some information I learned about Stemfit

. These include alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, asparagine, cysteine, glutamic acid, glutamine, glycine, proline, serine, and tyrosine. Essential or indispensable amino acids cannot be synthesized in the body and can only be obtained through food. These become the rate-limiting factors for the synthesis of certain proteins in the body. The essential amino acids are histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. Before the production of the supplement known as Stemfit Active, no other companies had developed and marketed a combination of amino acids, peptides, and growth factors required to sustain robust health.

The presence of Vitamin C in lemons and oranges helps increase collagen production. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that slows the rate of free radical damage and it is the key to avoiding scurvy. Fruits for healthy skin containing Vitamin C include strawberries, pineapple, oranges, and papaya. Vitamin C reduces wrinkle formation by increasing collagen production and it is also a powerful antioxidant that reduces sunburn and tan naturally as well as reverses age related damage to skin. Avocado oil is high in plant steroids which help immensely to reduce age spots. Avocado oil is rich in Vitamin E which protects our skin from damage caused by free radicals and protects skin cells from oxidizing. It is a great source of omega 3 Fatty Acids. Beautiful skin diet should include foods that are rich in omega 3 fatty acids which increase collagen production and reduce the risk of skin cancer.

I stumbled on some very Important thigs about Calorad weight loss

Avocado oil is ideal for dry and damaged skin because it helps to regenerate and rejuvenate damaged skin cells. The presence of carnosine in turkey reduces cross lining process of the skin. Carnosine is an amino acid made naturally in the body and reduces skin aging, wrinkles and supports skin elasticity by rejuvenating skin cells. Turkey is a great source of zinc which reduces dry skin, inflammation in the skin and promotes skin cell growth by increasing the production of collagen and elastin. Zinc boosts our immune system and lowers high blood pressure thereby reducing the risk of heart attack and stroke. It also helps to prevent ear and lower respiratory infections. Include the above mentioned foods in your daily diet that increase collagen in skin to make it youthful, glowing and don't forget to share your skin tips with us.. 322

Chapter 6

1

And he went out from thence, and came into his 1own country; and his disciples follow him.
1 Matt 13:54, Luke 4:16

2

And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were 1astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?
1 Matt 7:28, Matt 13:54, Matt 22:33, Mark 1:22, Luke 4:32

3

Is 1not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the 2brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were 3offended at him.
1 Isa 49:7, Isa 53:3, Matt 13:55, John 6:42
2 Matt 12:46, Matt 13:55, Mark 3:31, Luke 8:19, John 2:12, John 7:3, 5, Acts 1:14, 1st Cor 9:5, Gal 1:19
3 Matt 11:6, 13:57, 24:10, 26:31 Mark 14:27 John 6:61

4

But Jesus, said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house.

5

And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them.

6

And he marvelled because of their unbelief. And he went round about the villages, 1teaching.
1 Matt 9:35, Luke 13:22

7

And he 1called unto him the twelve, and began to 2send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;
1 Matt 10:1 Mark 3:13 Luke 6:13, 9:1
2 Matt 10:5 Luke 9:2

8

And commanded them that they should take nothing for their journey, save a staff only; no scrip, no bread, no money in their purse:
Matt 10:9-15 Luke 9:3-5

9

But be shod with sandals; and not put on two coats.

10

And he said unto them, In what place soever ye enter into an house, there abide till ye depart from that place.

11

And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, 1shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
1 Matt 10:14 Luke 10:11 Acts 13:51, 18:6

12

And they went out, and preached that men should repent.

13

And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them.

14

And king 1Herod heard of him; (for his name was spread abroad:) and he said, That John the Baptist was risen from the dead, and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him.
1 Matt 14:1, Luke 9:7

15

Others said, That it is Elias. And others said, That it is a prophet, or as one of the prophets.

16

But when Herod heard thereof, he said, It is John, whom I beheaded: he is risen from the dead.

17

For Herod himself had sent forth and laid hold upon 1John, and bound him in prison for Herodias' sake, his brother Philip's wife: for he had married her.
1 Matt 11:2, 14:3 Luke 7:18-19

18

For John had said unto Herod, It is not lawful for thee to have thy brother's wife.

19

Therefore Herodias had a quarrel against him, and would have killed him; but she could not:

20

For Herod feared John, knowing that he was a just man and an holy, and observed him; and when he heard him, he did many things, and heard him gladly.

21

And when a convenient day was come, that Herod on his birthday made a supper to his lords, high captains, and chief estates of Galilee;

22

And when the daughter of the said Herodias came in, and danced, and pleased Herod and them that sat with him, the king said unto the damsel, Ask of me whatsoever thou wilt, and I will give it thee.

23

And he sware unto her, Whatsoever thou shalt ask of me, I will give it thee, unto the half of my kingdom.

24

And she went forth, and said unto her mother, What shall I ask? And she said, The head of John the Baptist.

25

And she came in straightway with haste unto the king, and asked, saying, I will that thou give me by and by in a charger the head of John the Baptist.

26

And the king was exceeding sorry; yet for his oath's sake, and for their sakes which sat with him, he would not reject her.

27

And immediately the king sent an executioner, and commanded his head to be brought: and he went and beheaded him in the prison,

28

And brought his head in a charger, and gave it to the damsel: and the damsel gave it to her mother.

29

And when his disciples heard of it, they came and took up his corpse, and laid it in a tomb.

30

And the apostles gathered themselves together unto Jesus, and told him all things, both what they had done, and what they had taught.

31

And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat.

32

And they 1departed into a desert place by ship privately.
1 Matt 10:23, Matt 12:15, Matt 14:13, Mark 3:7, Luke 9:10, John 6:1

33

And the people saw them departing, and many knew him, and ran afoot thither out of all cities, and outwent them, and came together unto him.

34

And Jesus, when he came out, saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things.

35

And when the day was now far spent, his disciples came unto him, and said, This is a desert place, and now the time is far passed:

36

Send them away, that they may go into the country round about, and into the villages, and buy themselves bread: for they have nothing to eat.

37

He answered and said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they say unto him, Shall we go and buy two hundred pennyworth of bread, and give them to eat?

38

He saith unto them, How many loaves have ye? go and see. And when they knew, they say, Five, and two fishes.

39

And he commanded them to make all sit down by companies upon the green grass.

40

And they sat down in ranks, by hundreds, and by fifties.

41

And when he had taken the five loaves and the two fishes, he looked up to heaven, and blessed, and brake the loaves, and gave them to his disciples to set before them; and the two fishes divided he among them all.

42

And they did all eat, and were filled.

43

And they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments, and of the fishes.

44

And they that did eat of the loaves were about five thousand men.

45

And straightway he constrained his disciples to get into the ship, and to go to the other side before unto Bethsaida, while he sent away the people.

46

And when he had sent them away, he 1departed into a mountain to pray.
1 Matt 14:23, John 6:15

47

And when even was come, the ship was in the midst of the sea, and he alone on the land.

48

And he saw them toiling in rowing; for the wind was contrary unto them: and about the fourth watch of the night he cometh unto them, walking upon the sea, and would have passed by them.

49

But when they saw him walking upon the sea, they supposed it had been a spirit, and cried out:

50

For they all saw him, and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them, and saith unto them, Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid.

51

And he went up unto them into the ship; and the wind ceased: and they were sore amazed in themselves beyond measure, and wondered.

52

For they considered not the miracle of the loaves: for their heart was hardened.

53

And 1when they had passed over, they came into the land of Gennesaret, and drew to the shore.
1 Matt 14:34

54

And when they were come out of the ship, straightway they knew him,

55

And ran through that whole region round about, and began to carry about in beds those that were sick, where they heard he was.

56

And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made whole.
