To reach this state of stability, both hydrogen and oxygen atoms create covalent bonds with each other, as illustrated in the diagram on the right. In a water molecule, two hydrogen atoms are covalently bonded to the oxygen atom. But because the oxygen atom is larger than the hydrogen atom, its attraction for the hydrogen's electrons is correspondingly greater so the electrons are drawn closer in to the orbit of the larger oxygen atom and away from the hydrogen orbits. This means that although the water molecule as a whole is stable, the greater mass of the oxygen nucleus tends to draw in all the electrons in the molecule including the shared hydrogen electrons giving the oxygen portion of the molecule a slight electronegative charge. The orbits of the hydrogen atoms, because their electrons are closer to the oxygen, take on a small electropositive charge. This means water molecules have a tendency to form weak bonds with other water molecules because the oxygen end of the molecule is negative and the hydrogen ends are positive. A hydrogen atom, while remaining covalently bonded to the oxygen of its own molecule, can form a weak bond with the oxygen of another molecule. Similarly, the oxygen end of a molecule can form a weak attachment with the hydrogen ends of other molecules. Because water molecules have this polarity, water is a continuous chemical entity. These weak bonds play a crucial role in stabilizing the shape of many of the large molecules found in living matter. Because these bonds are weak,

they are readily broken and re-formed during normal physiological reactions. The disassembly and re-arrangement of such weak bonds is in essence the chemistry of life. Water is a universal solvent due to the marked polarity of water molecules and their tendency to form hydrogen bonds with other molecules. To illustrate water's ability to break down other substances, consider the simple example of putting a small amount of table salt in a glass of water. Table salt, also known by its chemical name sodium chloride [NaCl], is an example of an ionic compound, which means that one of the atoms involved stole a valence electron from the other. In this case, the chlorine atom [Cl], stole an electron from the sodium atom [Na], resulting in the creation of an electronegative chloride ion [Cl-] and an electropositive sodium ion [Na+]. The two ions are bonded together because of the attraction of opposite charges. better understand ionic bonds After salt is placed in water, the ionic bond between the sodium and chloride ions is broken due to the competitive action of the water molecules that outnumber the salt molecules. The electronegative oxygen pole of the water molecule is attracted to the positively charged sodium ions [Na+], and the electropositive hydrogen pole of the water molecule is attracted to the negatively charged chloride ions [Cl-]. As with the example of table salt, water has the ability to dissolve many unwanted substances that have accumulated in our bodies over time, such as solid waste and toxins, and to flush them away through the body's natural elimination channels such as lungs, colon, kidneys, liver, and skin.

PESE contains Cysteine, which is a precursor to glutathione, a powerful antioxidant, receiving much attention nowadays for healthier looking skin.

Antioxidants fight free radicals, harmful compounds in the body that damage cell membranes and DNA. Free radicals occur naturally in the body, but environmental toxins (including ultraviolet light, radiation, cigarette smoking, and air pollution) can increase the number of these damaging particles. Free radicals are believed to play a role in aging as well as the development of a number of health problems, including heart disease and cancer.

The influence of people's commitment to proper nutrition has also resulted to the introduction of more food supplement, ensuring that people can easily satisfy their nutritional needs. With

, you always have energy to do the things you have to do. Getting enough nutrients on a regular basis is undoubtedly the most efficient way of becoming healthier and keeping your excellent figure. Being busy is not good enough reason for not eating right. You can simply drop by a supermarket or search in online stores for nutritious food packs.

capsules that I took and then we started to talk for about 5-10 min. when I felt a tingle feeling in my face around the sinus area where I was developing another congestion issue. I shared this with Dr. Kim and he explained to me that he had taken a few earlier and he felt that same thing. I felt a few positions of relief around the pressure areas of my sinuses and felt really good. Dr. Kim gave me a packet of capsules only if I promised to take them and not set them to the side, "He knows me oh too well". The next morning I took the pills as directed by Dr. Kim and had a good feeling not a caffeine high but a, 'want to do something good for myself high'. I had good self esteem that wasn't a here one moment gone the next thing. The best word for it is: 'Euphoria, a state of very intense happiness and feelings of well-being'.

If you want healthy skin, make sure to include beans in your diet. It contains hyaluronic acid which is a vital anti aging substance. Hyaluronic acid holds water that plumps your skin so that wrinkles and lines are less visible. Hyaluronic acid increases skin hydration, keeps skin moist and smooth, boosts skin elasticity, increases collagen synthesis, nourishes healthy skin cell growth, promotes firm skin tone and supports healthier joints. It is one of the most important components that plays an important role in cell proliferation and migration. Beans can be consumed in any form and sprouts are a very healthy option. Carrots are rich in Vitamin A which helps increase collagen production and slows the breakdown of collagen and elastin that causes skin aging. Vitamin A thickens and stimulates the dermis where collagen, elastin and blood vessels are present and it also helps improve blood flow to the surface of the skin. It repairs the Collagen cellular structure of the epidermis which gives us protection from UV rays and it decreases the clustering of melanin granules that reduce brown spots and pigmentation. It gives us healthy skin by decreasing sebum production and also lowers the problems of acne. It helps in the eradication of pre cancerous skin lesions and promotes a strong cellular membrane around the cell.

Important Facts about Calorad

Flaxseeds are an amazing source of omega 3 fatty acids. One quarter cup of walnuts contains about 2.7 grams and one quarter cup of flaxseeds contains about 6.3 grams of omega 3 Fatty Acids. Omega 3 fatty acids are considered essential fatty acids. They are immensely necessary for health but our food is the only source of it as our body can't produce it. It reduces the risk of heart disease and helps in brain function, growth and development. By damaging the skin's cellular DNA, excessive UV radiation produces genetic mutations that can lead to skin cancer. Beautiful skin tips should include foods that are rich in omega 3 fatty acids which increase collagen production and reduce the risk of skin cancer also. The inclusion of black or green olives in your diet is one of the best practices for healthy skin. Black or green olives are rich in sulphur which promotes collagen formation. Sulphur was used in ancient times to treat skin problems like dermatitis. It helps reduce skin oiliness, acne and prevents pore blockage from forming. Acne is a skin condition that causes pimples, blackheads and red, inflamed patches of skin. Sulphur is found in a wide variety of skin care products like soaps, cleansers, lotions. Sulphur is also required for the proper structure and biological activity of enzymes and it also boosts our metabolism.. 321

Chapter 23

1

And Paul, earnestly beholding the council, said, Men and brethren, I have lived in all good conscience before God until this day.

2

And the high priest Ananias commanded them that stood by him to smite him on the mouth.

3

Then said Paul unto him, God shall smite thee, thou 1whited wall: for sittest thou to judge me after the law, and commandest me to be smitten contrary to the law?
1 Matt 23:27

4

And they that stood by said, Revilest thou God's high priest?

5

Then said Paul, I wist not, brethren, that he was the high priest: for it is written, Thou shalt not speak evil of the ruler of thy people.
Exod 22:28

6

But when Paul perceived that the one part were Sadducees, and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee: of the hope and resurrection of the dead I am called in question.

7

And when he had so said, there arose a dissension between the Pharisees and the Sadducees: and the multitude was divided.

8

For the Sadducees say that there is no 1resurrection, neither angel, nor spirit: but the Pharisees confess both.
1 Matt 22:23, 1st Cor 15:12, 2nd Tim 2:18

9

And there arose a great cry: and the scribes that were of the Pharisees' part arose, and strove, saying, We find no evil in this man: but if a spirit or an angel hath spoken to him, let us not fight against God.

10

And when there arose a great dissension, the chief captain, fearing lest Paul should have been pulled in pieces of them, commanded the soldiers to go down, and to take him by force from among them, and to bring him into the castle.

11

And the night following the Lord stood by him, and said, Be of good cheer, Paul: for as thou hast testified of me in Jerusalem, so must thou bear witness also at Rome.

12

And when it was day, certain of the Jews banded together, and bound themselves under a curse, saying that they would neither eat nor drink till they had killed Paul.

13

And they were more than forty which had made this conspiracy.

14

And they came to the chief priests and elders, and said, We have bound ourselves under a great curse, that we will eat nothing until we have slain Paul.

15

Now therefore ye with the council signify to the chief captain that he bring him down unto you to morrow, as though ye would enquire something more perfectly concerning him: and we, or ever he come near, are ready to kill him.

16

And when Paul's sister's son heard of their lying in wait, he went and entered into the castle, and told Paul.

17

Then Paul called one of the centurions unto him, and said, Bring this young man unto the chief captain: for he hath a certain thing to tell him.

18

So he took him, and brought him to the chief captain, and said, Paul the prisoner called me unto him, and prayed me to bring this young man unto thee, who hath something to say unto thee.

19

Then the chief captain took him by the hand, and went with him aside privately, and asked him, What is that thou hast to tell me?

20

And he said, The Jews have agreed to desire thee that thou wouldest bring down Paul to morrow into the council, as though they would enquire somewhat of him more perfectly.

21

But do not thou yield unto them: for there lie in wait for him of them more than forty men, which have bound themselves with an oath, that they will neither eat nor drink till they have killed him: and now are they ready, looking for a promise from thee.

22

So the chief captain then let the young man depart, and charged him, See thou tell no man that thou hast shewed these things to me.

23

And he called unto him two centurions, saying, Make ready two hundred soldiers to go to Caesarea, and horsemen threescore and ten, and spearmen two hundred, at the third hour of the night;

24

And provide them beasts, that they may set Paul on, and bring him safe unto Felix the governor.

25

And he wrote a letter after this manner:

26

Claudius Lysias unto the most excellent governor Felix sendeth greeting.

27

This man was taken of the Jews, and should have been killed of them: then came I with an army, and rescued him, having understood that he was a Roman.

28

And when I would have known the cause wherefore they accused him, I brought him forth into their council:

29

Whom I perceived to be accused of questions of their law, but to have nothing laid to his charge worthy of death or of bonds.

30

And when it was told me how that the Jews laid wait for the man, I sent straightway to thee, and gave commandment to his accusers also to say before thee what they had against him. Farewell.

31

Then the soldiers, as it was commanded them, took Paul, and brought him by night to Antipatris.

32

On the morrow they left the horsemen to go with him, and returned to the castle:

33

Who, when they came to Caesarea and delivered the epistle to the governor, presented Paul also before him.

34

And when the governor had read the letter, he asked of what province he was. And when he understood that he was of Cilicia;

35

I will hear thee, said he, when thine accusers are also come. And he commanded him to be kept in Herod's judgment hall.
