The recommended protocol is as follows: take 2 capsules, twice a day for 15 days and 1 capsule twice a day after that. That is the Three-Bottle First-Month minimum purchase at wholesale. Many people will adjust their individual protocol after that initial month. Many will Listen to their own body and reduce or increase accordingly. We absolutely URGE you to USE THE BUDDY SYSTEM, Buy Stemfit Active with a friend or partner so you can compare results. It's Important! The Most Powerful Alternate Protocol is 3 capsules twice a day for the first week, then 2 capsules twice a day for the second week then one week off the first month, then back to 1 capsule twice a day. The vast majority of folks settle on 2caps twice a day Both protocols are equal to the minimum intial purchase of 3 bottles. If you are battling huge obstacles then BATTLE protocols are recommended. Most Doctors using the product settle in at a two-capsules-twice-per-day regimen.

The most widely-used herbicide on the planet – Glyphosate (Roundup) – is prohibited on organic crops. Non-GMO crops such as wheat can be pre-harvested with glyphosate. This herbicide is a toxin that can accumulate in your body the more you are exposed to it. It has been linked to kidney disease, breast cancer, and some birth defects. According to Dr. Stephanie Seneff, a senior research scientist at MIT, glyphosate is largely responsible for the escalating incidence of autoimmune and other neurological disorders that we are experiencing. There are many non-GMO products on the market that contain wheat and seem healthy – but they could be laced with glyphosate. For instance, whole-wheat breads and non-GMO cereals that aren't organic (like Grape Nuts) may contain glyphosate residues.

Here's some facts I learned about organic and nongmo Yevo Foods

Organic ingredients aren't processed with toxic hexane. Most conventional oils (canola, soybean, corn) are extracted with the neurotoxin hexane, and some residue has been shown to remain in these oils. Hexane is also used in the processing of many soy ingredients like soy protein and textured vegetable protein, and testing done by The Cornucopia Institute has found residues in some of these ingredients. Almost all research focuses on the industrial use and inhalation of hexane: "No epidemiology or case report studies examining health effects in humans or chronic laboratory studies evaluating potential health effects in animals following oral exposure to n-hexane are available". Why isn't anyone studying how "safe" it is to have this neurotoxin in our food? Industrial exposure has been linked to brain tumors and nerve damage. The FDA does not set a maximum residue level for hexane, and no one knows for sure how much residue is being consumed by the American public. There's nothing prohibiting these ingredients in non-GMO products, but hexane-processed ingredients are banned from products with the USDA Organic seal.305

Food experts will tell you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and they are right. You need adequate nutrients to ensure your morning is productive. If exercising in the morning routine, you need nutritious food for the energy. It would also give you mental alertness to perform office tasks well. The most significant development in the field of health and nutrition is the advent of healthy foods is

If time is an issue and you can't cook meals, it's always easy to get these packs. There are food packs for all kinds of meals including snacks. Preparations are quick and simple which solves the issue of time that prevents many people from eating right.

Back in 60s and 70s, many prominent scientists believed that saturated fat was the main cause of heart disease, by raising the "bad" cholesterol in the blood. This idea was the cornerstone of the low-fat diet. Because of a few bad studies and misguided political decisions, this diet was recommended to all Americans in the year 1977. However, there wasn't a single study on this diet at the time. The American public became participants in the largest uncontrolled experiment in history. This experiment didn't turn out very well and we are still suffering the consequences..

Here's Some information I learned about Yevo

The "war on saturated fat" has been a miserable failure. It was initially based on flawed studies, but somehow became public policy (with disastrous consequences). The worst part is... the governments and health organizations have yet to change their position despite overwhelming evidence that they've been wrong all along. Actually, saturated fat doesn't really raise LDL that much. The effect is weak and inconsistent and appears to depend on the individual . When saturated fat does affect LDL, it changes the particles from small, dense (very, very bad) to Large LDL, which is mostly benign . Saturated fat also raises HDL cholesterol, which is associated with a reduced risk of heart disease . If anything, saturated fats actually improve the lipid profile, NOT the other way around. In the past few years, many massive studies have examined the link between saturated fat and heart disease risk.

summary conclusion regarding cancer was that by changing the pH of cancer cells to alkaline (above 7.5), they will cease to function as they need an acidic, anaerobic environment to thrive. In other words, he proposed that cancer cells will die if they can be pushed into an alkaline, oxygenated state. The work was in cites areas in the world where cancer incidents are very low. These areas contain concentrations of alkalizing minerals in the soil and water, which are greater than in other parts of the world. For example, the Hunza of northern Pakistan and the Hopi Indians of the American West share both similar soil and water conditions and diet.

Here's Some things I learned about Alkaline Water Machines.

The elemental minerals of cesium chloride, germanium and rubidium are heavily present in the soil and water. Ingestion of these elements is correspondingly high. These peoples also live in similar high, dry climates and grow apricot orchards, traditionally eating the fresh or dried fruit and the seeds each day. Apricot seeds contain trace amounts of cyanide, which has long been identified as a potential chemotherapeutic agent against cancer proliferation. Other similarities in the diet include a low consumption of dairy products, meat and wheat, as these foodstuffs are difficult to farm in high, arid climates and a correspondingly greater consumption of millet, buckwheat, nuts, dried fruits and berries in their traditional diets, all of which contain a similar enhanced (though sill minute) concentration of cyanide. This is all very interesting, but what does it really mean for cancer patients who wish to avoid the pain of cancer and the typical course of treatment using surgery, chemotherapy and radiation? What are the conditions that will force cancer cells to change their pH?

used a negative logarithm of the hydrogen concentration to create a scale from 0-14, where a pH of less than 7 is an acid, 7 is neutral, and higher than 7 is an alkali," reads an 2009 announcement from Carlsberg, on the 100th anniversary of the breakthrough. So water has a pH of 7, lemon juice 2.4, and bleach 12.5. The pH of beer is between 4.1. and 4.6 .... Before the pH scale, the only parameter to measure acid levels were vague terms such as 'good,' 'bad,' or 'slightly more than last time.' The innumerable useful applications of the pH (short for "potential of Hydrogen") scale range from foods and beverages to cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and medical diagnostics. Just about every liquid has had its pH measured at some time—including those in our bodies—which, it is very important to note, have more than one pH level. Take the stomach, for instance. It has a pH ranging from 1.35 to 3.5, due to production of hydrocloric acid, which aids in digestion. Blood, on the other hand, must always be slightly alkaline, with a pH of 7.35 to 7.45. The body's buffering systems keep it within that precise range, and excess acid is excreted by the lungs and kidneys. That's part of their job, and they are very, very good at it. The body maintains its pH balance over widely differing diets, and even though what you eat can affect the pH level of your urine, it cannot affect the pH level of your blood. Understand? Good. Now back to

. These electrical devices—which generally cost from $1,000 to almost $6,000 and are often sold by multi-level marketing companies—attach to the kitchen faucet or go under the sink. They strip out contaminants, like other filters, and, besides producing alkaline water for drinking, they also produce acidic water, for cleaning. If you've ever washed windows with a water-and-vinegar mixture, you know acidic water is a good cleansing agent. But the notion that alkaline water can fight or prevent disease? Any chemist will tell you that there is still much to learn about water, but hmmm. Many of the online claims are based on the theory that ionized alkaline water has smaller "clusters" of molecules. According to the Kangen Water website, for instance, "These small clusters make alkaline water Kangen Water more soluble and permeable, allowing you to absorb the important vitamins and nutrients your body needs." And The Alkalizer ("A Wetter Water for a Better Body") maintains that, "The smaller mineral clusters, as measured by the use of a Nuclear Magnetic Resonance device is a more hydrating water than normal tap water. Through electrolysis large tap mineral clusters are reduced from their original size. The smaller cluster size gives the water excellent hydrating properties, high solubility and good permeability."

Chapter 21

1

And it came to pass, that after we were gotten from them, and had launched, we came with a straight course unto Coos, and the day following unto Rhodes, and from thence unto Patara:

2

And finding a ship sailing over unto Phenicia, we went aboard, and set forth.

3

Now when we had discovered Cyprus, we left it on the left hand, and sailed into Syria, and landed at Tyre: for there the ship was to unlade her burden.

4

And finding disciples, we tarried there seven days: who said to Paul through the Spirit, that he should not go up to Jerusalem.

5

And when we had accomplished those days, we departed and went our way; and they all brought us on our way, with wives and children, till we were out of the city: and we kneeled down on the shore, and prayed.

6

And when we had taken our leave one of another, we took ship; and they returned home again.

7

And when we had finished our course from Tyre, we came to Ptolemais, and saluted the brethren, and abode with them one day.

8

And the next day we that were of Paul's company departed, and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was one of the seven; and abode with him.

9

And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy.

10

And as we tarried there many days, there came down from Judaea a certain prophet, named Agabus.

11

And when he was come unto us, he took Paul's girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.

12

And when we heard these things, both we, and they of that place, besought him not to go up to Jerusalem.

13

Then Paul answered, What mean ye to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.

14

And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, The 1will of the Lord be done.
1 Matt 6:10, Matt 26:42, Luke 22:42

15

And after those days we took up our carriages, and went up to Jerusalem.

16

There went with us also certain of the disciples of Caesarea, and brought with them one Mnason of Cyprus, an old disciple, with whom we should lodge.

17

And when we were come to Jerusalem, the brethren received us gladly.

18

And the day following Paul went in with us unto James; and all the elders were present.

19

And when he had saluted them, he declared particularly what things God had wrought among the Gentiles by his ministry.

20

And when they heard it, they glorified the Lord, and said unto him, Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the law:

21

And they are informed of thee, that thou teachest all the Jews which are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, saying that they ought not to circumcise their children, neither to walk after the customs.

22

What is it therefore? the multitude must needs come together: for they will hear that thou art come.

23

Do therefore this that we say to thee: We have four men which have a vow on them;

24

Them take, and purify thyself with them, and be at charges with them, that they may shave their heads: and all may know that those things, whereof they were informed concerning thee, are nothing; but that thou thyself also walkest orderly, and keepest the law.

25

As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication.

26

Then Paul took the men, and the next day purifying himself with them entered into the temple, to signify the accomplishment of the days of purification, until that an offering should be offered for every one of them.

27

And when the seven days were almost ended, the Jews which were of Asia, when they saw him in the temple, stirred up all the people, and laid hands on him,

28

Crying out, Men of Israel, help: This is the man, that teacheth all men every where against the people, and the law, and this place: and further brought Greeks also into the temple, and hath polluted this holy place.

29

(For they had seen before with him in the city Trophimus an Ephesian, whom they supposed that Paul had brought into the temple.)

30

And all the city was moved, and the people ran together: and they took Paul, and drew him out of the temple: and forthwith the doors were shut.

31

And as they went about to kill him, tidings came unto the chief captain of the band, that all Jerusalem was in an uproar.

32

Who immediately took soldiers and centurions, and ran down unto them: and when they saw the chief captain and the soldiers, they left beating of Paul.

33

Then the chief captain came near, and took him, and commanded him to be bound with two chains; and demanded who he was, and what he had done.

34

And some cried one thing, some another, among the multitude: and when he could not know the certainty for the tumult, he commanded him to be carried into the castle.

35

And when he came upon the stairs, so it was, that he was borne of the soldiers for the violence of the people.

36

For the multitude of the people followed after, crying, Away with him.

37

And as Paul was to be led into the castle, he said unto the chief captain, May I speak unto thee? Who said, Canst thou speak Greek?

38

Art not thou that Egyptian, which before these days madest an uproar, and leddest out into the wilderness four thousand men that were murderers?

39

But Paul said, I am a man which am a Jew of Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, a citizen of no mean city: and, I beseech thee, suffer me to speak unto the people.

40

And when he had given him licence, Paul stood on the stairs, and beckoned with the hand unto the people. And when there was made a great silence, he spake unto them in the Hebrew tongue, saying,
